There are hidden fees, and the service is impossible to cancel If something sounds too good to be true, it usually isI found out the hard way with this gymI was toldNoI was PROMISED that if I were to cancel my membership, it would simply be a $feeNow when I talk to membership services, they say I cannot cancel unless I have a disability, military deployment, or relocatedAND I have to pay a fee of $100+ along with one of those (none of which apply to me!!!)I have tried to call membership services many times to cancel, and each employee that I spoke to gave me different informationNow when I call, I am redirected to another line where I do not even have the option to speak to a personThis company has fraud written all over itThey will scam you for your moneyI'm now stuck in a useless membership that I cannot cancel because this company deceived meBecause EOS has scammed and trapped me into their business, I am going to do everything I can to make sure that NO ONE else falls for this deceptive company by joining this gymI just want out!!!!! Don't become trapped in this misleading membership like I did!! EOS IS NOT THE GYM FOR YOU, FRIENDS!

When I signed up with EOS I went in with concerns regarding reviews I read on [redacted] and made Steven A [redacted] aware of my concerns involving their billing and contractsI was re assured that I would not experience any of these issuesI used two different debit cards one to set up with my monthly membership fee and another to pay for the personal trainerI was told the card information I used for the personal trainer would not be saved and the only charge would be that day for four months of a trainer paid in fullMy experience with the trainer was very disappointing and after two sessions I called Steven to be switched to a new trainer, I never received one nor a follow up phone callThen I noticed on my bank statement of the card that wasn't supposed to be saved two charges of $At this point I am done with this gym I have been disappointed and to many errors on their endI take the time go into my location to discuss the unauthorized charges and a refund of the remaining balanc
