In July we signed up for personal trainingAnthony, the program manager at that time offered personal training where my husband and I could work out together for 30min, twice a weekEOS got a new manager in October that decided not to honor this contractRepeated visits, phone calls and requests from EOS trainer, Jenna did not lead to any resolutionPhone calls were never returned and then we got a call from ABC their billing company with a threat of sending the matter to a collection agencyAfter repeated attempts we got the manager in December, Brian G [redacted] to give us in writing that they would honor the original offerWe agreed to start the training in January and EOS billed our credit card in DecemberLast week (January 18) when we went to schedule the sessions, the new manager, Brian J [redacted] said the letter was irrelevant and our training sessions expired in October and NovemberHe is unable to helpEach time the manager changes, the policies change and I am frustra

I want the account to show a zero balance, and I should not be held responsible for $monthly dues for a month I am not even stepping foot into your gym As I have stated I was never given a contract or advised of the process to cancel my contract despite requesting this information more than once and trying - unsuccessfully - to find this information on the website At the time of sign up I WAS told it was a month to month contract with no obligations and I could end it whenever I wanted without penalty

I had membership with eos and auto payment they always confused my acct with my sisters and sometimes they will tell me my payment was never made!I either called manager or give them a visit! And just recently I checked my credit check and I see that eos fitness collection of I never received anything from them

Cancelling a membership was a nightmare with this companyI was on hold forever to try and cancel, given the wrong information about payments from their billing department and was handled with RUDE customer service people Before I join a gym again, I'll use the Revdex.com first to read the ratings

I called to cancel my membership due to an active duty deployment in support of a contingency operation. I informed the person taking my call my status and that I would like to cancel my membership. I asked that I no longer be charged as I would be out of the country. They informed me they would still charge my account through December 2, 2018. I will have already been out of the country for over a month by that time. I reminded the person of the Service members Relief Act protecting military members and that I can cancel out of contracts and leases due to military deployments. The person on the phone ignored my request and stated they would be charging me anyway and that my contract would be enforced. This is extremely rude and as a military service member I am upset with this company and its lack of understanding.

EOS Fitness finally addressed my complaint with a satisfactory resultUnfortunately, it took me to inform the management of their tempe, az, location, that I was willing to notify upper management and executives of what incurred Lesson learned: should you think that you were mistreated or ignored after several emails and phone calls, the consumer has the power to change things
