I had a problem with my membership and credit card problem so I was charged a late fee as penaltyI got it fix and the gave golds at the time my banking information and they would wave my feeWell it happen again because they still had my credit card on file and charged me another late fee and membership duesI asked to speak to the manager where he said pay and it would be given back in a couple daysPhones call and a couple months and still havent got itMy membership number is [redacted] and am tired of the ring aroundI would like to have my membership back and continue as soon as this is resolved

DO NOT SIGN AN AGREEMENT WITH EOS! They are a fraudulent company and lie to their customers. I was told I needed to cancel at the gym I signed up at. I went in, signed a form, thought that was it. WELL 3 months later I am getting collection calls from ABC financial. They are telling me I never cancelled and owe a bunch of money. I didn't know they were still trying to bill me because the card they had had been lost and replaced. At that time I asked them to cancel and research what had happened. They did neither. I started getting collections calls again, now with an even higher balance. I was able to get the account cancelled with an email verification, but I still didn't get a bill after asking 3 or 4 times. I was told if I didn't pay, it would go to collections. I kept trying to get a bill but because I am trying to buy a house (in escrow now) I figured itd just be best to pay it to avoid losing my home due to this little issue. I called today to pay it, found out the balance is yet AGAIN higher, but they cant accept the payment because it already went to collections. This isn't just a matter of them stealing from customers now, its a matter of them causing me to lose a house. I am a single mom and worked my as off for over a year to be able to buy a house and now THIS is what is going to ruin it. I hate this company and I will tell everyone I can of my experience. They do not care. No one there is willing to gelp me at all even though they have nothing to lose by retracting this from collections. I have the $ to pay them whatever. I just want to be done with this!
