Let it be know we are not trying to cancel...

regular services i.e. gym membership. But the personal training in which is a different surge charge of 215.00 a month, as for the services for personal training EOS fitness has stop there service for personal training since the issue was brought up. Is EOS fitness going stop the charges or continue to give us the silent treatment and ignore us in getting back with us. Management has failed to contact us concerning the matter and furthering delaying the process. Where unable to afford to pay for services that we are not receiving at the very moment. Please help us resolve this issue as soon as possible and have the personal training cancel and have EOS fitness refund the charges for services not render. Thank you [redacted]

Members account has had a past due balance since 1.28.15Member requested to cancel on 3.7.15 but could not due to his past due balance. We waived one NSF fee as a courtesy and removed next dues from drafting. Please pay up your account to be set to cancel.Thank youEoS Fitness Management
