"billing company" had no knowledge of this fee waiver.  She even stated that she called to verify this. This needs to get taken care of.

We received the cancel request via email on 12/4/15. The final invoice was set for 1/1/2016.
When we tried to charge the final balance, it was declined. We will refund the NSF fee of $25, in good faith.

Our standard cancellation process is that a 31 day notice is required and there is a $15 fee. We are going to waive the $15 fee, but we do need to honor the 30 day notice.

When I signed up for this gym the lady (Erica), never told me of the 30 day cancellation policy. She didn't give me any copies of the forms or policies either. I don't think it's fair for me to pay for the month of September when I never visited the gym during that time.

The Staff at Eos Fitness never clean or wipe down the Equipment , when we asked why they never clean their answer is that they are short staffed. Me and 3 of my gym friends got very sick just recently and still recovering. All the Gym equipment they have are broken and they don't replace them on time. These were not the issues when the gym was owned by [redacted] gym last year.

I would like to give 0 rating to EOS fitness! Horrible servic and hidden fees for cancelation and membership. Before my year starts I wanted to cancel my membership but they still charged me $39 and $15 for canceling. I have to pay $39 before I did not cancel 30 days prior of my contract expiration. Managers are horrible and have no customer service skills. Every single employee that works at EOS only stays for maybe 1-2 months. You can't say I haven't been told or your sales rep said this when I signed up for it.

Take my experience and never sign up for this gym. Horrible and awful service. They have fake agreements and they write what they benefit from without explaining the "hidden" fees. I'm not alone and you need pay attention and get this matter resolved please. Somebody needs to protect consumers from this even businesses and take this serious.
