By far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I became a member of this gym in September 2014, and signed a personal training contract for one year. In December of 2015 (15 months later), I called to cancel my personal training membership. I was told I must provide at least 31 days notice to cancel, therefore my last payment would be in January 2016. Okay, fine. I have continued to be charged my monthly membership of $99 each month since then. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, condescending, and not helpful at all. Her "supervisor" had already left for the day and therefore there is no one I can speak to regarding this matter. I was told that I when I originally called, I canceled my "gym membership" and not my "personal training membership". How can I have a personal training membership to a gym I am not even a member of??? Now I am being charged over $250 for a membership I cancelled several months ago. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to by this business, I am absolutely appalled. If you are looking for a gym to treat you with honesty and respect then DO NOT join EOS Fitness - the WORST customer service I have ever received.

I want the account to show a zero balance, and I should not be held...

responsible for $21.95 monthly dues for a month I am not even stepping foot into your gym.  As I have stated I was never given a contract or advised of the process to cancel my contract despite requesting this information more than once and trying - unsuccessfully - to find this information on the website.  At the time of sign up I WAS told it was a month to month contract with no obligations and I could end it whenever I wanted without penalty.

Cancelling a membership was a nightmare with this company. I was on hold forever to try and cancel, given the wrong information about payments from their billing department and was handled with RUDE customer service people.

Before I join a gym again, I'll use the Revdex.com first to read the ratings.

I filed a cancellation form with this EOS Gym In late February. They continued to take dues out after the 30 days which I gave them a enough time before the year ended with my 30 day notice which somehow never was filed. Management did nothing with my cancellation and kept taking money out of my account and the new billing dept ABC is terrible they charged me an additional 40 plus dollars in April. I am a minor and they keep harassing me via telephone saying I owe money. A total nightmare gym and ABC billing dept. are crooks and so is the Gym. Do not trust them. Stay away do not join EOS Gym.

I do not agree with your response. Firstly, the 2j v2 dollars was for monies owed me for personal trasining. NOT onebpeny more. I  would like proof from you in detail that you did pay me more than I was owed. Secondly.  I am asking for the 34 dollars for the Ford transaction because your employee Justin D[redacted] was assured by your accounting g department that I would have the refund on the day my car payment was due! In good faith, , based on what I was told,   I paid my car note. Guess what..no refund from your company.  I am retired from highly responsible position at GEICO apfor 25 years in customer service. Never would a transaction like this have the response you gave me. Without a detailed audit on my account, you state you overoverrpaid me. Prove it!! I await your response with great anticipation. It would seem to me that 68 dollars would have left me with a good feeling about your company. Not any longer. Perhasps you should take intoo considerstion the poewer of word of mouth. But 68 dollsrs ismore important. Your company should follow the busines practices of Warren B[redacted] who brought Geico from w smal company to the second larfest in America. Anyway, the bal is in your court.j

If I could give this place a ZER0 I would!! First time I came in I wanted to try out the gym to see where it was and the sneaky guy who was touring me around the gym tried to sign me up.. ITS MY FIRST TIME THERE, WHY WOULD I SIGN UP? Soon after I signed up for a free training session to see if I would like the gym with Zach and as we were training he was looking around at women's butts and licking his lips and acting as if he was a God or something.. Smh .. Ugh, I never had his full attention.. I came for a training session, not to be ignored! After half-[redacted] training me he TOO tried to sign me up for real sessions and I REGRETFULLY did. Anyway, the lowest package was like 300 and it was for a couple weeks I believe. When I went to the training the woman took me in and AGAIN she HALF-ASSED her session and yelled at me the entire time. Ignoring my concerns and looking around bored (trying to get over this "stupid" session). She then told me to hop on the stair machine (She was getting ready for a new client "victim" and didn't have time for me anymore) and stay on for 30 minutes.. Which I did and then she told me good job and told me to go home (she was in the middle of her next training session.. Half-assing as usual). Zach (the guy who signed me up) promised he would and she would give me a meal plan ALL OF WHICH NEVER HAPPENED. $30 for 30 minutes of fkery, I THINK NOT! I reviewed the contract and THANK GOD it was within the 3-day cancellation period.. Long story short, I got all my money back!! No way I was paying for that bt! Main goal of this was to tell you DON'T SIGN UP FOR THIS bt MONEY HUNGRY NON-QUALITY GYM AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, DON'T SIGN UP FOR ANY SERVICES ESPECIALLY TRAINING! IF YOU DID YOU CAN CANCEL JUST READ THE FINE PRINT. I DID AND I GOT ALL MY MONEY BACK. YOU ALL ARE BETTER THAN THIS.BEWARE!
