I’m writing in regards to case ID [redacted] At this time we have tried to contact this customer multiple times in regards to this caseWe have left several messages and tried contacting them via email and haven’t heard a response back as of todayAt this time we have restocked the item today, which will ship this afternoon and take 7-business days to be deliveredWe have issued her an additional 30% off the order (on top of the 30% discount she already had) and honored free shippingThe customer was never initially charged for the order as we do not charge our customers until their order batches into our warehouseTherefore she will not receive a refund but instead will only be charged $USD instead of $USD Thank you

I placed an order in NovLater I realized I needed to change a birthstone colorI called and thier RepMolly was so kindShe went to the warehouse, found the neclace, and changed the stone! She didn't charge me! I called again to see if my Moms neclace would be in by Christmas and RepCharles said it would notHe helped me find a replacement and even applied the same discount I had originally received! He also sent it overnight at thier cost to ensure my mom had a great Christmas!!! What a great company....I would recomend thier beautiful jewelry and great service to anyone!!
