I have done business with Eve's Addiction a few times and have always had the best shopping experience with them. I recently had an order I had to send back - due to my fault for ordering the wrong size - and the procedure was simple and hassle free. There items I have ordered are always what they advertise on their site. Customer service goes above and beyond to make sure you're pleased with your shopping experience. I have never had a problem with Eve's Addiction and will continue to do business with them. I would highly recommend them to family and friends - and I have done so.

I am rejecting this response because:I received that saying they misunderstood and would redungbthe remaining amount. I didn't receive anything after that or the remaining balance they said they would refund I thought there was a msg after that. However the company still hasn't refunded the remaining balance like they said they would due to their mistake / misunderstanding of the terms of settling this matter

This case has been completely resolved. We have made numerous attempts by phone and via email to reach out to the customer, but haven't heard a response back yet. At this time we have made sure the customer has been refunded in full for the order. We have also provided a prepaid return label for this customer so the item can be returned.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do regarding this case.

Eve's addiction worked very professionally with me to rectify my order after receiving their product which was not up to standard. They stood by their guarantee and made an unfortunate situation a lot easier to deal with for me and my family. The customer service representative on the phone we spoke to was the most thorough, understanding person and beamed with professionalism in all areas.

I ordered a 14k gold engraved name at necklace from Eve's addiction disbite all the negative reviews and warning from friends and family. The necklace said it ships tomorrow the day I ordered it. the next day I received an email saying some of the information I entered was incorrect. I immediately submitted the correct information just for them to tell me now it is out of stock and they won't even have the chain back in stock for two months and I can choose a different product if I wish. I paid well over two hundred dollars. This is completely unacceptable.

This case has been completely resolved.  We have called and spoke with this customer, we are going to be
setting up a replacement order with a prepaid return label so the customer can
send the broken one back to us. We are currently waiting for the customer...

I order on Dec 15 from website, website say order process 24 hours to shipping, Guarantee delivery before Christmas. I do see tracked shipped on Dec 20 th which is five day late shipped. Show website say "Free Shipping" its not say Priority Mail or First Class". Our order number is [redacted]. I called on Dec 23rd to custom service told me that its already shipped on Dec 20th, and I found out that they shipped on First Class and I tracked [redacted] showed sitting in Orlando, FL until I received on Dec 27th which is very late that is my wife Christmas present. I explained to customer service and they said its fault [redacted]. No its not fault.. its Eves Addication fault for late custom ring passed after 5 days its show be 24 hours. EvesAddication should sent shipping with Priority Mail before I receive by Christmas Eve. Also My wife notice that ring is very cheaping feeling like kids ring its very thin and cheap quality price and misleading quality. This is not satisfaction ! I called twice to customer service. This is must be Customer Satisfaction 100% ! They are not very friendly. They don't care and I asked for full refund and they did not give back my refund. If I don't hear from them with 48 hours and I will take action. Thanks!
