I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Eve's Addiction over yearsSome are quality and some are very poor defective qualityTheir customer
service was always good until this last monthsMany of the items I ordered
were defective upon arrivalI would be told because they were clearance items
I could never return them when they were blatantly and looked like trashI was
persistent and asked for an exchange for another style of ring which was acceptableThe last order I made online should have been a simple oneInstead, I got a voice-
mail on my cell while in a classroom, as I am a teacherI was told to call themI
called and was told I could never order "clearance" items ever again because I had
insisted on exchangesI was dumbfounded this was the first I was ever told this in
years! I asked why clearance items were becoming more unacceptableI was told
"it is a possibility that clearance items may be damaged" and I demanded to talk to a supervisorThe supervisor denied the other sales lady said that to meShe began
insulting my intelligence also, yet all the sudden said she would honor my current order but that I can never order anything whatsoever after this order of itemsWow! I then asked to speak or have a contact name for the CEO or ownerI was asked "Why?" and then told "no"I found it strange to be denied the owner's name at a minimum! I said I would find it somehow on the Revdex.com siteI saw Ray G*** as the ownerI called back
to Eve's Addiction and asked for his contact informationI was told by a third lady today that they are not allowed to give out his information "over the phone" and I asked them to e-mail it to me, and they refused as well! I contacted the Revdex.com in Connecticut and was informed that the CEO of Eves Addiction is now Michael C*** as of I will say that the products at Eves Addiction have steadily declined in trusted qualityI will take my superb customer loyalty and patronage to a new company as I am an avid collector of silver jewelryI am convinced the company realizes their jig is up and they do not want to deal with an intelligent buyer who is unwilling to accept damaged, defective, and ugly pieces of jewelry! Furthermore, their website seriously needs updated! They have the wrong pictures that do not match the descriptions and they have many pieces that are no longer available and cause a lot of disappointment that is needless to their customersI think the phone associates try desperately to quiet complaints and throw the blame onto the customerI will not tolerate that treatment to be told I can order their regular priced items but now barred from ordering clearance items! That says it all!

The bracelet, signet ring and necklace are amazing in quality and look I have been looking for the right pieces that were masculine enough but not over the top, they definitely are the place to shop Oh, the customer service was hands above the rest by far

EXELLENT customer service from Michelle I had entered a wrong expiration date on my CC and she immediately corrected I had also forgotten to enter a 20% discount code when I entered my purchase and she applied that when I called back That saved me an additional $on their already discounted pricing Excellent products Excellent service

He was professional and friendly, actually apologized for what had happened to my order, credited back to me the shipping charges, and offered to change the shipping method on the other piece of jewelry that was customizedWell over a week later, and finally the post office got its act together and delivered the locketAnd wow, the locket far exceeded my expectations, it's gorgeousBetween the quality and beauty of their jewelry, and their amazing and wonderful customer service , I will definitely become a repeat customer
