I just received the return label yesterday @ 230pm. I put the bracelet back into the box and put it in the mail box this morning.  I request a written verification for the refund to the [redacted] that was used to purchase the bracelet upon refund be sent to my email @ [redacted].  thank you very much.

I placed an order for Christmas 2014 of 3 engraved bracelets (about $58/each plus engraving). Upon placing the order I was informed that the bracelet was on back order until 1/8/15. I figured three weeks was long but I really liked the item for our boys.
It has been 6 weeks now and all I have received are proposed dates of delivery from their website: the date has changed 3 times (1/15, then 1/20, now 1/29). I have had to call numerous times to check on this order -- there have been no emails from the company stating the delivery date changed -- no telephone call from a customer rep advising the changes to my order -- NO CUSTOMER CARE WHATSOEVER. I was instructed by their phone rep to just keep checking my emails or call to confirm delivery date - IN OTHER WORDS: KEEP WAITING.
After waiting 6 weeks, I am frustrated and still do not have the items I paid for, with a proposed date it MAY be delivered. Today, I have requested they cancel my order so that I can place it with a more reliable company. This was my first time using EvesAddiction and due to their lack of care for the customer -- it is regrettably my last.

The customer was never initially charged for the order as we do not charge our customers until their order batches into our warehouse. I have reviewed your attachment and your attachment refers to a different item, this is not the item you purchased.  Attached is an image of the item you purchased, item # [redacted] Sterling Silver Single CZ Petite Round Tag Birthstone Pendant.  The .5" size is indicated in the Product Description as well as the Size and Materials.  This is a small, petite birthstone charm which is a very popular selling item for us, we have not received any complaints besides this on on this item.  There is nothing misleading about this product listing.
The item number in your attachment is item # [redacted] which is a completely different item, not the one purchased. 
Also included in our attachment is a snapshot of your order showing the item number purchased.

I placed an order in Nov. Later I realized I needed to change a birthstone color. I called and thier Rep. Molly was so kind. She went to the warehouse, found the neclace, and changed the stone! She didn't charge me! I called again to see if my Moms neclace would be in by Christmas and Rep. Charles said it would not. He helped me find a replacement and even applied the same discount I had originally received! He also sent it overnight at thier cost to ensure my mom had a great Christmas!!! What a great company....I would recomend thier beautiful jewelry and great service to anyone!!
