I am rejecting this response because: From: *** *** *** Sent: Friday, May 22, 10:AM To: *** *** Subject: Re: RE: You have a New Message from Revdex.com Serving *** Regarding Complaint #*** They did receive the ring alreadyWhen I asked how long it would take to get the full refund they stated that they will only give me credit towards a new item or resend the same itemWhen I got the email from the Revdex.com saying that the company responded to the complaint, I wrote in the response to the Revdex.com that I would agree to settle and close the case if I was issued a full refund for the productThere wasn't an option in the email to just respond without having to accept or deny to the agreementThat's why I stated what I stated in the responseHowever they are now going back on the terms of settlementThey don't intend on refunding my moneyThat's what they told me when I called them and asked how long the process takesI put a *** tracking number on the package so I'd know when the company received the ring back and to insure that there couldn't be any issues of when they received the itemSo I need to reopen the file or whatever needs to be done since they're now saying they're NOT giving me a full refundThat was the terms to settle the complaint

I ordered engraved silver bracelets for my wedding party, and after a few days two of the five bracelets have already snappedOne of them scratched my sister in law when it brokeI paid $(per bracelet!) for a product that I can't wear, and now have to tell everyone else not to wear theirs so they don't injure themselvesWhen I contacted Eves Addiction for a refund, they told me they would not refund my money because the items were personalizedI'm not sure why that matters when the product is broken and defectiveThey said I could exchange them, but why would I ever want to have another product from this overpriced, awful website? I have zero confidence that the next item would be any better!
I wish there were more ways to tell people to stay away!!

This has been resolved by setting up a replacement for a similar item which was shipped via Next Day Air that arrived todayShe also received a partial refund of $for the price difference in the itemsBefore we shipped the order out we sent the customer a picture of the photo pendant,
which she responded was beautiful and very happy withThe replacement was confirmed delivered today at pmThank you

I purchased three items from Eve's Addiction and love them all! They're beautiful, have great prices, came in to days even though personalized, and I will shop there in the futureI got a sterling silver mother/grandmother ring with stones for $on saleI LOVE IT!!!!
