This company is very shady I ordered a watch from them and they happily took my money right away on 7/27/and "created" a shipping label and tracking number so that they can say it was being processed (this is because they need to show progress since they already took your money) then it took them days to "actually" send it out and when I received it (on 8/18/16), it was the wrong one I immediately sent it back and here I am 9/13/still waiting for a refund to appear on my credit card What a joke! They still have my moneyweeks later Be aware that if you deal with this company and something goes wrong, you'll need to be very patient in order to have anything resolved

I purchased two watches for my husband and I that were matching I unfortunately didn't open the watches up when the came...I had no doubt about liking them I waited greater than days until our anniversary only to find that my husbands was correct but mine was the wrong color They confirmed that they had not sent what I ordered but since it was greater than days there was nothing they could do even though they admitted it was their error

Ordered Consult Beaute from Evine, the product caused burning and welts to my face so I obviously returned it Evine actually has the audacity to CHARGE me the consumer for the return when it was a product on their TV station that caused damage to my skin and a trip to my Dr Compared to HSN and QVC this shopping channel's customer service is not up to par compared to other shopping sites Wont us them again and I urge others to be cautious and know their policies before you buy
