I am rejecting this response because: While I was assured that my feedback would forwarded on to their Merchandising team and Simmons to see if in the future EvineLive could offer Simmons Mattress' to their customers who reside in Hawaii; My requests for contact NOW to see if an agreement could be made was met with a flat "No" I believe in the validity of my argument, that I reside in close (accessible) proximity to the plantI was even willing to pick it up but EvineLive was completely inflexible I explained that I made additional purchases from them, specifically for this productApologizing, without any good faith effort on their part to resolve the dilemma, leaves me to question their operation [redacted] ***

This is the most unethical company ever! They have no quality controlThey charge you shipping both ways, even when they send you a defective itemIf your ATM or credit card expires or when mine was getting swapped out by the bank because of fraud they sent my value pay to collectionsThey couldn't even wait a week for the new card to arrive The collections people called me and hung up several timesI finally used reverse look up to find out who was doing thatSo I called them to find out what the problem wasBy this point I had already updated my card, but it didn't stop the collections phone callsThey called me times in a week, even after I had updated the informationToday I stopped to visit my year old parent's house and found out they had been also calling them for a weekHow is that even legal? I will never shop there again and if you're smart you won't eitherDon't be fooled by their rating or by how long it says they have been in businessThey have changed hands and the Revdex.com does not reflect that in their evaluationsYou can see that there have been a ton of recent complaintsDON'T SHOP THEREYou will be sorry

I am rejecting this response because: I found out that Evine is not even an authrized seller of Apple products As far as I recall I only put in my wifi passcode to get onto the internet There are other similar complaints where people got these and are having the same problems getting credit I am handicapped to begin with I will have to haul the computer to someone to help me get probably someone elses id to unlock it I have filed complaints with the Attorney Generals office and The FTC Evine isn't even an authorized seller of Apple CommputersSo who has this item not EvineThere are other similar comlaints about thisPlease help me get my credit Thank you [redacted]

I ordered lotions from evine in July They said I signed up over the phone for automated service to have this order come every month for three months I called & cancelled the order in August & they said it was too late order already shipped Did not get the order for weeks Talked to Joy & Shirley to cancel & neither of them cancelled Kept getting billed When order did come I returned it & they kept over $of my monies & said it was cancelled per Morilla I ended up having to cancel my credit card to get them to stop billing me I am sure they will not send the product now that they can not bill me! Pretty sad I had to cancel my old card & get a new one to end this process I will not order ANYTHING with Evine again This is pathetic
