attachments I mentioned in the complaint I filed against Experian.Attach #1- Shows info off the Experian web site- indicating "FREE" credit score- but they neglect to say there is a small- $"processing fee"- which was no big deal because it was only $1- but THAT is how they get your credit card information.Attach #2- shows the first of pages of info they want from you- no problemAttach #3- you fill out info and click where it says- "submit secure order" indicating you have read and agreed to the "TERMS AND CONDITIONS". I read these "terms and conditions".Attachment #4- is the terms and conditions they want you to read. Even emphasize "revised September 10, so you can see these MUST be the newest terms. However, as I indicated, there is a blue "here" you click if you "want access to the terms and conditions (different terms and conditions and the most important) associated with these products.Attach #5- completely different "terms and agreements" though also revised September 10, 2015.Attach #6- KEY HERE ! This is a piece taken from the Terms and Agreements from #attachment. Look how far you have to scroll down (see how far side bar scroll is) to reach this HIDDEN SECTION- This is where they tell you that after you pay $for the free credit report, you will be charged approx$to join their membership....unless you change your mind and notify them within days from having placed the order.They are not forthright with this "membership fee". We placed our order for the "free credit report" that cost $on Oct16, 2015.On Oct20, 2015, they took out the $from my acct.I noticed the withdrawal on Oct 24, and called them right away at 11AM our time EST/ 8AM their time PT. Their rep was not willing to cancel the membership and refund me. The reference number for that phone call was#***. Hopefully, all this will help you understand why I feel mislead and taken advantage ofI feel Experian is cheating people by hiding this information on additional "Terms and agreements" pagesGod only knows how many other people have had their money stolen from this company.If you need any other information from me- please contact me.Thank you-*** ***

Our records also indicate that complimentary Experian(R) credit scores along with trial memberships in *** were ordered on March 23, utilizing a *** card with the last four digits ***Since the trial memberships were not cancelled in accordance with the published terms of our offer, the card provided was charged our monthly membership fees on April 1, and April 22,
You contacted CIC on April 25, 2015, stated that you are the holder of the *** card, did not open the accounts in question and believed that the orders were fraudulently placed with us by a third party utilizing your *** cardIn response, CIC cancelled the memberships
Since you believe that these orders were fraudulently placed with us by a third party, we encourage you to file a police report and to watch your accounts carefully in the event of other fraudulent use
