Not single issue I got declined with my current bank Wells Fargo (who my current mortgage was with, and I bank with them regularly) I was doing a refinance with an equity cash out for remodeling QL was excellent from the very beginningI read all the negative reviewsI told them flat out what I read and what my concerns withI checked my paperwork each and every time throughout the process and saw no errors The whole process took just under days (right on schedule!) It was very easy to submit paperwork to them online, very easy to communicate with someone on the phone, email, txt etc and they never waited on me and I never really waited on them It was quite fast I liked that their website showed how each thing I submitted was being reviewed, and approved etc I couldn't have asked for a smoother process Oh and their rates and cash out was higher than what Wells Fargo tried to offer me and their fees were lower The closing process was easy, the person showed up on time and we were done in less than min I'm extremely happy with QL and I really like how their site transitioned to my loan/monthly payment format after closing It's far easier to read than Wells Fargo's site and it's broken down to see how different parts of your payment are used Thank you QL I would recommend you to anyone!

Excellent customer service, many resources for first time home buyers

This is the second home serviced by Quicken Loans. Both purchases and closings went smoothly. Our banker (Nick Bean) was terrific.

days after QUICKEN LOANS received my insloss claim package containing 100% of the doc's requested I have no money with with to pay my contractors March till April and counting my MORTGAGE COMPANy is the reason my roof can't be repairedALL info requested was sent, they require doc's not originally requested, they send ck's with wrong names they send cks without my name just slow roll and drag their feetNot once has QUICKEN LOANS contacted me to request doc's discuss my claim.not a call, text, email NOTHING QUICKEN LOANS sits there earning interest on my insclaim while my roof needs repairthey are SHAMELESS

I was very pleased with my business interactions, in dealing with Quicken Loans for my new mortgage I appreciated MrThom Palgren, Chris McILuham, Ashley Rafalski, Notary Rori Hill, Appraiser Johnny Galvar, Grady O'Brian, Ed Morris and other staff members greatly (had a little frustration with Matt Murray)Personally, I prefer doing most of the business via express mail/or UPS I am somewhat guarded doing business over internet...due to possible hackingAgain, thank you for your professional & convivial endeavors on my behalf -----William Allen, Jr

We applied for a mortgage thru Quicken Loans and it was a very pleasurable experience Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional They were always available when I had questions and if a message was left there was always a quick response They were in constant touch with us keeping us updated on the progress of our loan

It started out pretty good Paper work was minimal Salesperson first tells me no appraisal and PM I then back tracks on the appraisal and says one is needed Appraisal comes in Never hear from anyone at Rocket about the appraisal and any impact to my loan Notary comes out to sign closing docs and I notice PMI included No one discussed the addition of PMI insurance I call the # listed in the Cancel document The Customer Relations department takes my issue and says they will research but it's Friday afternoon in Detroit so I won't hear from anyone until Monday I dont feel comfortable with that as I only have days to cancel the loanI call the loan servicing center in PhoenixThe loan Operations Manager said a Director will call me next morning I don't hear back from anyone for days as they are closed during the weekend for customers who are in the closing process I have to initiate calls on Monday late morning as no one has called me ywt I call Customer Relations in Detroit and they tell me they only have one director and they are out to lunch! I call the loan servicing center in Phoenix and finally speak to a Director The Director and I work out a somewhat financially agreeable compromise to the PMI Then I ask for hard copies of all docs and see another error affecting title I'm told again how sorry they are and they are going to do a deep dive into my loan to find any other improvements This was very stressful for me Therefore I don't recommend using this company I will say that once I was able to talk to the right people, they responded well But Rocket doesn't make it easy for the consumer to find the right people to resolve their issues

My overall experience with Quicken was AMAZING! From the beginning to the closing, everyone was friendly, informative and patient. I highly recommend Quicken.

The amount of paper work and documents that they wanted was way over the top In the end we got it resolved but I nearly walked away from the deal

This is my second loan through Quicken LoansThey are greatThey make the process very easy and always keep you well informedI recommend them to anyone that is looking to finance or refinance a home

After being told we was approved and them taken $out of my bankand nobody even came to see the place and know fighting to get my $back

I was interested in a refinance on my home which was at a 5% Arm at yearsI was capable for a VA loan.Jim Roberts got me started on this and explained the process.He was very thoroughI qualified for the VA loan at 3.75% but due to my property and VA requirements my out buildings had to be stripped,primed and repainted.Living in Minnesota the middle of October was not exactly a good time to get this done.Jim switched me to a conventinal loan at 3.87%.This was still a very good savings for me,and I did not have to re-paint all my out buildings.I can honestly say it was a great experience with JIm and Quikens loan.They did exactly what they said and did it in a prompt manner No one I believe wants to pay closing costs but it is all part of the program.Thankyou Jim and Thankyou quikens loan on a job well done

The mortgage approval process was incredibly fastI must say that the broker and all the staff was extremely attentive and responded fast to any all all inquiries The actual real estate part was horrible but it really had little to do with Quicken and more the seller and appraisal process

The people was very friendly and professionalThey kept the process very simple

We were using Quicken for our existing home loan as well, so wanted to stay with them with our new home purchase when we were asked to relocateI have to say the experience was greatI thought it would be harder to close one and immediately start a new, but the people at Quicken took care of everything and it went very smooth and we were able to close on the new house on time

We have done business with Quicken Loans for several years. The experiences is always great. They deliver on commitments and you know all the way through the process where you stand. No surprises. Very professional in all respects.

My experience with Quicken Loans started off as average The loan officer was friendly, but very quickly it became apparent that he had the sales acumen of a really bad used car salesman Transparent techniques, really corny, and the whole experience became nauseating I was working with other lenders at the time as I shopped around for my mortgage I settled on one lender which was not Quicken, and when I notified the guy I was working with that I no longer wanted to work with Quicken, the calls increased in frequency and became harassing Other people at Quicken began calling as well despite me telling them multiple times that I was closing on a loan the following day At one point, the original person I worked with (Marz Debowski) left me a voicemail stating that there was a problem with my credit and I needed to call back immediately Subsequent conversations with this person involved me telling them to stop calling but he never mentioned my 'credit issues', of course there are none A quick internet search reveals that I am not alone in my harassment by Quicken Loans It seems to be their forte I would pay higher rates than give business to an operation like this
