Thanks Quicken ! We had a very positive experience with our mortgage we closed in weeks and the team at Quicken made it as painless as possibleI highly recommend them to anyone like us who are short on time and need to complete the paperwork online Larry M

We were in the market to refinance our old loanQuicken Loans had the best going rate for us, so we applied online We were quite impressed with the smoothness of every step all the way through completionWe never experienced such impeccable processes like this ever! Closing also went very smooth and the lady that came over to get our final signatures of the closing papers did so very efficiently and quickly She was very friendly and customer oriented Thank you Quicken Loans for such smooth service all the way through!

Very personal (: Communication #

We had no problemsEveryone was helpfulThey answered all of my questions Closing was a breeze

The most professional, courteous, full access and seamless mortage transaction I have ever experienced !!!!!! Surprisingly, not from a typical bank nor a standard mortgage lender ! I would use Quicken Loans again, given the opportunity CNB on 9/10/

I was so stressed with gathering the paper workIt was a very busy time for me to start the processI was in conventions and had to everyday send in something for daysI felt very stressedI knew my credit was good and could get the refinancing doneI have mixed feeling with some on the team .Hats off to MrDentand Misha SimmondsI will give them an A Please let the client know up front what is needed

I was please with the service I received from Quicken Loans on my recent mortgage application The loan officer was very helpful and I have no complaints

My wife and I have experienced very positive customer service through out the refinance process When we had questions they were answered clearly and quickly We would absolutely use them again Thanks Quicken you folks are great Victor Crane

It was a very eficient, online, electronic experienceIf you are looking for personal customer service throughout the entire process, this may not be the best way to refinance your homeYou need to follow the app and email instructions carefully, and everything will go smoothly Also, there will be additional fees you as the borrower will need to pay besides the initial $if there are any inspections required

Quicken Loans did a great job from the beginning of loan until closingI'd recommend them for your mortgage needsGreat experience Thanks Tim T Saint Augustine Florida

We have recently become a member of Quicken Loans and so far, throughout all the application to closing procedures , we have had a good experience Everyone has been very helpful when we had questions, whether asked by phone or MyQL, and we are very pleased to do business with you all Thank you, Thomas and Brenda Mowdy

Andy was our first person contact with quicken loans, he was very supportive and helpful the entire processes was easy and smooth but have one issue: we paid off three other loans along with refinancing our home Quicken loans was able to deposit my refund electronically but found out after the fact that the loan payoffs were going to be mailed out they should have been paid electronically also, instead of having large checks being sent thru the mail Then in turn costing me over dollars to mail back out to ensure they were received by the loan companies They had copies of the accounts plus were able to call for pay outs it could have not been that hard to get routing numbers or at least I would have got them for them Never talked about during the closing process

I had points of contact through the entire processJimmy Yatuoma - the Loan Officer, was absolutely phenomenal! Not only was he readily available whenever I had a question (including nights and weekends), he provided fantastic customer serviceHe was responsive and helpfulWhen I asked a question that he didn't know the answer to, he made sure to find out and get back to me in a timely mannerI would highly recommend him! I wish I had as nice of things to say with my other two points of contact - Jeff Fuchs (Processor) and Susan Stahl (Closing Specialist)Jeff was incredibly short with me over the phone, and took days to get back to me sometimeI felt overall very neutral about my experience with JeffSusan Stahl was by far the worstShe was trying to get a hold of my dad and I (he cosigned with me), to discuss final details prior to closingShe was able to connect with my dad before me, so when I finally got a hold of her, I asked her to go over the scheduling and details regarding closingShe responded with "well I already spoke to your dad about this, so what exactly would you like me to repeat?" Not exactly top notch customer service if you ask me Overall my experience with Quicken hasn't been the bestHowever, because Jimmy was so helpful in the beginning, and got me locked in at a great rate, I'll give you guys a good rating Please let me know if you have any questions

WowWhere can I start? The fact that I fell into the Revdex.com rating and the positive reviews? That Quicken Loans seems to be a too-good-to-be-true company? That I am NOT the only with a story like this? Well, my husband and I began the process with FHA and it led us to QuickenMy husband is unemployed due to some medical and personal issues, so I applied with just my name1st, Quicken had me to through their credit team to clean it upIt seemed pretty niceI managed to get my score up to where they needed it (with them hitting in times in the process)Strange, but okOnward to the application process! I will not put down the name of the mortgage officer who helped (I want to keep this as anonymous as possible)But he seemed pretty good at 1stI mean, good ratings and everything, nothing below a starSo, I decided to stick with himHe called me on my cell, even though I told him to use the house phone 1st (cell service in my house is bad), and he called me at work, even though I told him my hoursI changed our scheduled calls many times with not much luck (I work, go to school and have an autistic child in a special school program, it's tough) So, I begin the process of putting in paperwork (while he hit my credit more times, from beginning to end)Cool, everything is in and looks goodDuring which time, after we were pre-approved and submitted an offer (which was accepted), I was informed that my debt-to-income ratio was too high and I needed a co-signerBasically, they put in the wrong numbers, even though I read them off my W-and gross income many times, and they just noticed it when I submitted the paperwork GREAT! We were franticI did manage to get (my brother) and the process began againNow, my brother works part time jobs and does school and an unpaid internshipHe had certain hours he could be contacted and requested it MANY MANY times to our mortgage officerHe did not listen, so that delayed the processWorse, he gave my brother paperwork request at a time, which also pushed things further out (e.ggive the pay stubs, then the W-2, etc.)Total miscommunication Finally, here comes the straw that broke the camel's backFrom the beginning, my husband and I carefully put aside money, i.emattress fund, and had some funds leftover from my tax refundWe were informed that it was acceptable from the beginningTowards the end (beginning of this month), when we were about to sign the last of the paperwork for the appraisal (which was the day the seller needed a mortgage commitment date), our mortgage officer said that it was no longer acceptableWe needed verified funds from a bank account Off we go again! We frantically asked people high and low for a giftMy mother-in-law was kind enough to give us the moneyProblem is, she also has it in cash from her rental upstairs, which, again, we were informed was okWe had to set up a date and drive across the state to get the money from her and get a bank checkThat hurt her and us due to gas, appointments and other commitments Then, we were informed that we cannot use the moneyQuicken said all books from my mother-in-law could be doctored, so the funds cannot be verifiedSame thing with the money we saved, mostly from my husband's side work as a computer technicianWe were accused of fraud and told to go to someone else for a giftThere isn't anybody else with that kind of money except our elderly grandmothers, who are ill and in their eighties and need the money for their care I found Quicken to be unprofessional, vindictive, uninformed and just plain badThey hit my credit so many times, stalled for weeks while the sellers wondered what we were doing and lost us a house in the processThe sellers gave our dream house to the next person waiting And with an autistic child and an unfair eviction over our heads already, we had to find a temporary place before renting for another yearSo, I want to thank Quicken for the negative experience and for now putting us up with a sick relation for a few weeksNot only did you take away our dreams of owning a house, but we now have to wait another year to try again and we had to inconvenience this poor womanThis time, we are going with another company while I improve my credit once more Oh, and PS: FHA loans CAN take cash as a down paymentI did ask the main officeJust so you are aware

The refi process started out extremely well Banker, Kevin Cesear, is a real pro and worked out the best deal possible given my situation He is an excellent listener, eager to help, explains and answers any and all questions He gets an A+++ for his role Dan Pesato picked up where Kevin left off and did good work for the first few weeks Past that point, the process got bogged down While I had submitted all of the asked-for info by the end of January, I was being asked for the same info again in February and needed to call Dan's attention to it Over the next week weeks, it seemed to me that the "team" had dropped the ball in three or four instances When the lock date (2/25) for the interest and fees was approaching, I called Kevin back to get help w/what was going on He got the time extended and was reassuring Subsequently, I was being asked to provide information that had already been submitted in January At one point, a "team" member indicated that if I did not show that I had $in cash to cover the cost of one outstanding payment agreement, I would not meet the debt/income ratio required to obtain the refiIf I had $in cash, I would not be in the position of needing to give up a 2.5% mortgage w/o points or down payment, to get the refi and needed cash for renovations This occurred at the beginning of March This instance occurred on a day when Dan's voice mail message indicated that he was not in the office, so I once again, bothered Kevinto find out if this was actually the situation since he had already, on day two of the process in early January, told me that I would qualify He was patient and reassuring, although it was not his problem or in his realm of obligations at that point With the information Kevin provided after looking up my loan documents, I obtained the final piece to the puzzle and was informed that it was time for the closing date to be set I was first told that Jamal was in charge of this I, however, received a phone call from a female who, apparently, was part of the "team." She set the closing date for Friday, March This was not a convenient day for me but was told that this was the option I asked for the earliest appt b/c I was leaving for family business right afterwards I re-arranged my schedule to accommodate this Friday 9am appt, I then called by Jamal to set the closing date, day, timeWhen I told him that it had already been done, he indicated that that was not so, etcetc So, Jamal and I went thru the closing process, info exchange, etconce again He indicated that I could have the closing on Thursday, a much more convenient arrangement for me, given the family travel plans The notary who provided the closing services was excellent Not only was he well organized, his years of experience in the business of mortgages, etcallowed him to answer questions and clarify information for me while the papers were signed He deserves A+++ for his role Bottom line, then, beginning and ending interactions and professionals were outstanding, the "team" in between left something to be desired In all fairness to them, my situation was complicated B/c of cancer issues and other medical conditions since 2013, my credit rating suffered, I chose to work w/a debt consolidation firm rather than file personal bankruptcy, and have been working my way out of a financial hole for the past few years Thus, I am sure there was not the typically forms, responses, etcthat go along w/a refi Nonetheless, I provided every piece of data required and faxed each separately with a cover sheet that noted what was being sent in each fax I was hoping that separating the info would be helpful as it was processed into my loan account Apparently, no one really read through that info and it was simply accumulated in my file Thus, over time, I was being asked to supply the same info one month later

Absolutely horrible experience with Quicken Loans I am a 100% sole owner of my S Corporation, yet Quicken Loans will not recognize the income of my company as my income although at the end of every year, as shown on my Tax Returns, the left over profits of my company get routed to me as a Dividends pay Bottom Line, Quicken Loans simply wanted to go by my W2's, therefore I was treated as en employee rather than a business owner Its either that Quicken Loan's system does not comprehend or is not tailored for a business owner or The rep that I dealt with could not comprehend the fact that I dictate my W2's and could care less what income I have on my W2's as long as my final income is reasonableApparently, the Dividends income is unnaccounted for and is simply overlooked although I have it reported as income on my Tax Returns!

The people are very nice, but I would not recommend Quicken loans The first time around, we were first time homebuyers, and the process was awful We would give them what they asked, and they would keep asking for something different or it would not be exactly what they wanted Go somewhere where you can sit down and walk through the process with a person face-to-face They called us less than two years later, wanting to make our loan cheaper because of bringing down our mortgage insuranceThey actually were refinancing the houseIt took three years off of the life of the mortgage, but they added about $into the new mortgage for closing costs! I really have a hard time trusting Quicken loans When we get to a point where we can take off all of the mortgage insurance and refinance again for our best interest, we will be looking at other companies

Recently refinanced my home with Quickens Loans, IncEasily done through the step by step process that was set up with QuickensVery professional and friendlyCalls were returned emails answered in a timely mannerWith today's technologies, this is truly the way to go

From my first contact with Quicken Loans, I was sure that I had made the right choice for my mortgage and process Every person I dealt with was attentive to my questions and responded without delay My timeline of each part of the process was clear and realistic The financial aspects of my loan and my options were explained in detail and were easy to understand The entire mortgage process was made to lessen any added stress on my end, and my loan closed exactly as I was promised it would!

It was very impressive of how easy and fast to have our mortgage refinancedThank you for helping us, as we were turned away from many financial institutions I am very happy with Quicken Loans
