I would refer them to anyone and everyoneAlso, a very organized companyEven my appraiser said they were the most organized company she had ever worked withThey give you a QL online to follow every step, but if there is a issue, you feel comfortable calling and they encourage you toCan't say enough!!
I just closed on a house and was more than pleased with the process thru Quicken The only problem was the Title company my agent wanted me to use instead of Quickens preferred companies Submission of document was easy and response was almost immediate through out the process
It was very easy and professional working with all members of the Quicken staff
All my questions and concerns were handled in a professional and timely fashion
I would highly recommend them as a mortgage company to do business with

From my initial phone call to closing, the experience was so exceptional I felt something was wrong but all we got was the best of everything I can't say enough good things about the people at Quicken who do their jobs and know what they are doing I'm very happy I made that phone call
Overall, my experience was positive, and I received the initial loan I was offeredThe QL team was very responsive in terms of letting me know about required documentation in advance, answering any questions, and working under a very tight timeline
I removed a star because the closing experience could have been smootherThere was some confusion regarding outstanding items from other parties, which took additional effort to sort out
Everything went great until we got near closingThe closing package had a form in it in someone else's nameWhen I pointed that out, closing was postponed until the issue could be resolvedThe next day the closing was rescheduled, but the incorrect form was still in the closing packageWhen I brought this to their attention a second time, I was basically blown off with words to the effect that closing was scheduled and all necessary forms were thereIt turned out that was trueThe incorrect form was an extraneous formAt closing, I refused to sign it and everything went through just fineWhy couldn't somebody have explained that it was an extraneous form?
It was an easy and stress free experience They did all the work I previously had a mortgage, remortgage and home equity with a bank that did not do as much and as quickly as Quicken loans And always have a contact to talk to at Quicken
Have used Quicken Loans for two separate moves for work, both cross country as you can imagine it is a very stressful situation at timesI would like to thank Chris Childress! On both occasions Chris Childress helped us He is so very helpful and approachable, he really made us feel at ease with the entire process I would also like to thank Joe Lepore both of them really care about their customers and are very responsive to all contacts/questions I will always recommend Quicken Loans and Chris and Joe to anyone !

I want to say everything went very smooth except for just one thing , solar panel forms had to be sent over n over but everything else was smoothHector was greatHe always answered me at the end of it all I asked him to send me hard copies of my closing docs , In no time my docs were at my door.thsnk you Hector So all in all, great service and closed I less time than I thought

I was referred to this company by Quicken loans and I go to apply and on the application I had to have an income of 24,I was lied to by Quicken loans
