They were calling daily to get the credentials they require It is VERY ironic that QL stopped "being interested" in my business right about when the interest rates went up NO CALLS They say they do not have control over the appraisal, BUT I THINK THEY DO!! The Quicken Loan appraisal was RIDICULOUS It cost me $and a months time!!!!!!!!!!!
After trying for several months to refinance my ARM...and dealing with several mortgage companies that were less than helpful...and didn't seem to care about me, it was like a breath of fresh air to work with Quicken Loans! Quicken Loans made me feel like I mattered and that I wasn't just another loan It was surprisingly quick and painless and I would HIGHLY recommend Quicken Loans to anyone and everyone!

I contacted this company wanted to consolidate debt and was assured that they could help and since I used them in the past with great results, I thought it would be the sameI should have known when she asked me for $for a “good faith” hold that I would never see that money againWhen I asked about the loan, one lady said they were drawing up the paperwork and quoted me a price, but when paperwork was produced it was completely differentWhen I questioned it, another person answered, saying not enough to pay off the cardI don’t know how many people jump on that board to answer, but maybe if it were fewer, they would know what was going onThe quoted price was after the appraisal was on the website, I have screen shots of all of it...Of course, I did not go ahead with refinancing since they were not paying off the debt they mentioned, any debt reallyNot happy at all with going further into debt with this company, Won’t use or recommend them ever again

For the Most part I had no issues with Quicken LoansIt took a little longer then I expected for them to complete the loan even though I responded to their request for information in a timely mannerThe only issue I had was with one of their fact checkersThere was an issue with my home line of credit and when I was speaking to the individual with quicken loans she was rather short with me and seemed bothered by my comments and questions like I was supposed to know everythingOtherwise it was fine
Fantastic service! Everyone was very nice and friendly and helped me through every step of the process They were quick to answer my questions, and addressed any concerns I hadThey exceeded my expectations and I felt like they connected with me on a personal level I would be happy to use them again for a future mortgage

I have been amazed throughout two refinances with Quicken Loans The second refinance was because they saw they could get me a lower interest rate, so THEY CALLED ME! They truly care more about helping their customers than getting an extra point out of me over thirty years Amazing in this day and age
