I am pleased with my experience I would have preferred to have dealt with only one person for the entire process that way we are always on the same page with questions and answers received Too many people were involved in the process I was so unhappy with the bank that had my loan I was happy to look elsewhere to refinance my loan Todd Sklarek was wonderful to work with and I would have been 100% satisfied if I could have gone from start to finish with just him

Over all the experience with Quicken Loans was a good one for meIt was just a simple refinance The only thing is the loan officers should have been able to explain a F H A loan, and they didn't do a very good job with that At least that I could grasp until the closing then I got it They were giving me a good deal on closing costs because the cost of Mortgage Insurance with FHA was so high If this had been explained better at the start I probably would have chose a different type of loan, or gone with a different company If Quicken follows through with helping to refinance again after we've again reached 20% equity as stated, I will be satisfied Everything else was done well I will give a positive review overall

Quicken Loans made me feel like I mattered and that I wasn't just another loan It was surprisingly quick and painless and I would HIGHLY recommend Quicken Loans to anyone and everyone!

For the Most part I had no issues with Quicken LoansIt took a little longer then I expected for them to complete the loan even though I responded to their request for information in a timely mannerThe only issue I had was with one of their fact checkersThere was an issue with my home line of credit and when I was speaking to the individual with quicken loans she was rather short with me and seemed bothered by my comments and questions like I was supposed to know everythingOtherwise it was fine
They were very personalMy husband and I had a very wonderful experience with themThey were very nice and answer all our guestionsIt was a pleasure to work with them
