This company has charged me $appraisal fee and told me its refundable after closing but did not mention anything about the appraisal fee which is not refundable if nothing works out...He made me sign the agreement about it rushing me and quickly charged my card and fail to mention that its not refundable if the process did not work outThey kept my money and close the case

My wife and I were lied too about the deposit we were requested to give in the form of a $cash transferThe representative assured us we would receive that money back at closing and he would note it to insure it was a cash returnthe loan process went for about mounts ( the longest I have ever been through a refi) and they frequently asked for data I sent a few times before.We were also miss lead about the inspection requirement, being told we did not need one to being told we need on ASAPthis has been the most incompetent loan closing I have been through and I have no trust for this companythis is a shame because this is the start of our business venture with Quicken Loans INC
Quicken contacted me about a intrest reduction and lower monthly payments I agreed to do so and all was good except when we were told that we would get our dollars back from escrow account This went on for a week and we planed to use that extra on payment to clear out a credit card and all of a sudden we were told that we would not get it and if we did the payment would be increased from what we agreed This went on and we were told more times we would get it and then told NO YOU WILL NOT GET IT unless we raise the monthly payment We did not get it and it left a little bitter taste in my mouth I liked everyone that I talked to about everything it just is not good to say you will get it and back it up more times and then say no way People count on what they are told
