After looking at home mortgage options online I declined quicken loans offer because they did not sound well informed and their offers were not competitveDespite repeated refusals I continue to receive emails and nonstop phone calls am now blocking numerous numbers and email addressesThey can't seem to get that I don't want to work with them!
During my home refinance, the process was straight forward and well explained Everyone involved was timely, courteous, and professional The online status tool was also very convenient, as it was updated regularly
We were very skeptical when they said we would be done in about weeks & that we would not have to spend any out of pocketThey did everything they said & we actually got a little money from themIt was a Great experience!

Working with Quicken on a VA refinance loan was a terrible experience for meI initially contacted them on or about Aug On Aug I sent them a letter, at their request, explaining my intentionsBased on the letter and my proof of service, they informed me that I was eligibleI proceeded, at their direction, with the actions required by the VA -appraisal, the pest inspection, well water test & treatmentAll together about $out of my pocketOn Dec 18, after I had done everything they asked & after Quicken had received all the necessary documents to close, they informed me that I was ineligible for the loanLong story short, they agreed to refund the cost of the appraisal onlyMeaning I wasted $to accomplish what they told me to accomplish
Everything was so easy and quick! I appreciated the professionalism of everyone we interacted with and their patience with all our questionsOne of the most convenient features was that the closing lawyer came to us
We were in the market to refinance our old loanQuicken Loans had the best going rate for us, so we applied online
We were quite impressed with the smoothness of every step all the way through completionWe never experienced such impeccable processes like this ever!
Closing also went very smooth and the lady that came over to get our final signatures of the closing papers did so very efficiently and quickly She was very friendly and customer oriented

Quicken Loans was absolutely amazing to work withWe had just recently been working with a lender through a different bank for months prior to calling Quicken Loans, which was an absolute nightmare for us from day The first day we called Quicken Loans and spoke with Brandon Thompson, he was so personable, efficient, and did his job so well!!! Within a few minutes Brandon had a pre-approval for us, within less than hours we had an appraisal scheduledThrough the second part of the loan process we worked with Chris Mcilquham who was just as awesome!! Every time my husband and I spoke with Chris on the phone he was more than helpful, made us feel confident with how the process was going, and truly went above and beyond to get the job done for us!!! We almost lost this home purchase through our previous lender but Quicken Loans pulled through for us and we closed in less than days!!!! I wish we could have personally shook hands and hugged each one of these men for doing such a wonderful job!! I know these men don't know the faces of the people on the other end of the phone most times, but our family is forever grateful to you for saving this home purchase! I give Q.Land F They will not comply with Customer request and tell you things they can not back upAnd or refuse to do soThey said I had the lowest rate with a credit score but that wasn't true after looking aroundThey tell you one agent will be with you all the way through, not trueI was bounced like a rag dollThe said VA wouldn't except my well water report but would not furnish the infoso I could file a complaintMy well only needed bleaching as any well does after a year or two at mostThreaten to withdraw my loan so I finally told them to do so I was tired of being threatened .My advice to anyone who served America as a Soldier or other Branch would to be look around before you stop with Q.Limagine what you get if you take the loan and then get threats I've closed out or in the process and as a former MARINE do not recommend Q.L,SEMPER FI
