To date I have been on the 'buyer' side of financing or refinancing at least and and on the 'seller' side of real estate transactions involving land, commercial, personal residential, single family rental, and apartment buildings, I can say my most recent refinancing experience with Quicken Loans is absolutely among the top three or four smoothest transactions I have experienced
Kudos to whoever designed and built their modelI am used to doing business face to face with a live person and had some early reservations about conducting a real estate transaction entirely online until the final document(s) signing, but from early on in the process, I saw advantages to the electronic communications
Questions can be asked and answers received in a timely fashion without playing the previously frequent 'phone tag' game or trying to find the 'right' person to talk toIf a question came up in the middle of the night, a question could be posted and an answer would be received the next morning; and if the question needs to be escalated to another individual, it can be forwarded internally by QL to the right person to respond
I was able to scan and electronically send copies of all required supporting documents without the hassles of hand delivery, mailing or resorting to costly overnight delivery to speed up the process
And finally, when I did speak to someone by phone they were always courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and professional
Learned I had been lied to by my original mortgager and immediately began to look for alternative Quicken was the fastest to respond and had the same competitive rate as alternatives Support and communication was excellent throughout Simplified the process and closed within weeks of original communication
I am very satisfied with doing business for my mortgage with Quicken Loans The whole process went extremely well, even down to the closing which was at my houseI would definitely do business with them again I have already recommended Quicken Loans to a few friends Thank You!

I give Q.Land F They will not comply with Customer request and tell you things they can not back upAnd or refuse to do soThey said I had the lowest rate with a credit score but that wasn't true after looking aroundThey tell you one agent will be with you all the way through, not trueI was bounced like a rag dollThe said VA wouldn't except my well water report but would not furnish the infoso I could file a complaintMy well only needed bleaching as any well does after a year or two at mostThreaten to withdraw my loan so I finally told them to do so I was tired of being threatened .My advice to anyone who served America as a Soldier or other Branch would to be look around before you stop with Q.Limagine what you get if you take the loan and then get threats I've closed out or in the process and as a former MARINE do not recommend Q.L,SEMPER FI
