I had mixed reviews pertaining to QLBeing a first time home buyer, my first agent Marc Nwas great in the beginning, but later became hard to reach, an barely returned my callsMy next agent Josh Pwas always available, but at times seemed frustrated by me asking several questions, an I didn't always feel like Josh was working as fast to get me closed, but my absolute worst experience was with Courtney Milner, my agent an I asked if we could omit the repair of the air conditioning, she said she'll submit the request an call me within days, it was weeks before I spoke with her, and she only offered an apology AFTER I brought it to her attention, very nonchalantlyBut the most positive experience I had was with Emily SeminettiSHE WAS GREAT!!! I only dealt with her approximately days, she followed up with me, she seemed to make things happenMy loan was up against the clock to close, an I truly believe it would not have closed in time, if not for Emily! I was more impressed with her in days than with Marc,Josh, or Courtney in 4months

Our mortgage manager, David Hwas excellent, courteous, and very business-like Our Senior Financial Advisor, MsTiffany Thomas was a bully, condesending, and unprofessional She kept hammering my wife over and over again about $& $charges that had been paid in January, to a Zero balance She demanded zero balance statements to VERIFY that they had been paid I told her JCPenney's didn't send Zero balance statements Tiffany was surprised! Additionally, if I couldn't get her statements quick enough, her Hammer Line always was "if you can't get me the information quicker, it will delay the closing date"Prior to closing we paid out homeowners, wind and hail, and flood insurance Our agent sent all information to Tiffany, and was being questioned about information Tiffany had in her hands, if she would read the paperwork The loan went through at 2.99%
I was looking to refinance with just my name on it They offered and got me a great rate they were very informative - weekly calls letting me know what was going on It was an easy process
You Better get everything in writingDealt with multiple people and no one had the same numbersA " Loan Specialist " was assigned to my case and he was the worst of all ! The Specialist made promise on the phone just to move the process forward..He keep referring to " "loan cost" as"Closing Cost" which are different figuresWay to many issues to list on this forumI will say the process is relatively an easy one ..only to not get what you were promisedBottom line..Review all document carefully..Don't take there word for it..get it in writing,,,My mistake was taking them at there word!My own fault
My experience with Quicken Loans was excellent! I received immediate responses to any messages I left, any questions I had! I was handled professionally and always felt that Quicken Loans had my best interests at heart! My loan was processed very quickly! I could not be happier with my experience and I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone! Thank You Quicken Loans!

Quicken and my rep worked with me to get my house refinanced I had some work to do but they were patient with my schedule and process and stuck by me for months! It was the opposite of the Rocket mortgage but that was my choice
Everything was supportive and helpful Could not be happier and would highly recommend

I was close to closing with Quicken LoansWhat a waste of my money ($300) on the appraisal and timeDisappointed with Quicken Loans on not even trying to match or beat the competitionIn addition, Quicken Loans is a preferred lender from my employer without any incentivesNot a good experienceI asked them to reimburse me the $for the appraisal since they couldn't compete with the competitionI am now proceeding with a different lender that beat Quicken Loans hands downI recommend not to work with Quicken Loans
