I think they have unethical practices by saying one thing and then doing another or nothing??????????????the whole process left me stressed out, not to mention that one department dosent know what the other department is doingAnd the easy "web page" rarely could I log on to it

My husband and I refinanced our home with Quicken loans recently The entire process was accomplished in the month of October The people we dealt with were friendly, helpful, and, they made the process easy!!

I want to let customer know that I will never recommend anyone to quick and loansIt is the most horrible experience ever and I'm not even using them for my loanI am in the process of selling my home and the buyers used quicken loans (which my agent didn't like from the beginning) because she experienced the horrible experience through quick and loansWe had a purchase agreement dated for closing on June 29th and they just sent an email stating they will not be able to close on timeFour people are effected by this dealThat means I can't move in my home on time and so on for the next three peopleThat is horrible!!!!!!!! First-time home buyers hereBegan working with Quicken to get pre-approved and was assigned to Jake Lawrence, who was awesome and explained the process very wellOnly one hiccup working with Jake and that was when we needed an answer to a question quickly only to find out he went on vacation or sick leave for a few daysWe got help from someone else in the meantimeThen, without any real explanation we were suddenly assigned to another representative, Portia MatthewsPortia was friendly and very understanding of our lack of home-buying knowledgeShe took her time answering any question we had, either by phone or emailOne negative piece of feedback I have is when getting closer to closing time, things got a little bumpy with the sellers and schedulingMy realtor blamed Quicken for lack of communication and Quicken blamed my realtorThere was a point in time where I, the buyer, was the middleman between the two and it was very frustratingI wish the two parties had been able to make me feel more secure during the buying process, rather than more anxious than I already wasBut in the end, I look at it as a learning experience and I am happy with the final outcomeI got a home I love at an amazing interest rateQuicken's app MyQL made everything much smoother and the payment options for monthly payments are a breeze

We did a mortgage refinance with Quicken Loans and the overall experience was excellent All of the people we spoke to were very helpful, patient and always courteous The process was very easy and the online interface worked very well, making for good communication between the customer and Quicken Loans The only problem we ran into was during the closing portion when we had to sign the closing documents with a closing agent/notary Quicken Loans did not understand that we lived on a rural area (island) of Hawaii and a closing agent was not able to meet with us We had to do the closing with a notary at our local bank It worked out okay in the end but there definitely was some confusion and miscommunication at the time Again, the overall experience went very well and they were able to answer most of out questions along the way
Everything about working with Quicken Loans to refinance my mortgage has been a breeze Their website is amazing, user friendly and real time Every representative that I have spoken with on the phone has been courteous, professional, friendly and helpful They were able to stick to timelines and meet deadlines I am extremely impressed with their service I would absolutely recommend Quicken Loans to family and friends
