I connected with Quicken Loans through the relocation process with my new employerQuicken Loans delivered everything that I could have requestedI spent a few minutes on the phone with my advisor to get preapproval for a mortgageFrom there, most of the paperwork was handled online at my convenience with a few phone calls from the Quicken Loans team when appropriateEveryone I worked with was competent and professional leading to a smooth closing on my new homeI highly recommend Quicken Loans!

I went with Quicken due to a referral from a friend While my husband and I are W-employees, my husband's place of work is part of a larger corporation It took forever for Quicken to accomplish something as simple as confirming his employment The name of the corporation has to match a website In this case, my husband is the GM at a bar with a proper name, social media pages, etc., however what is on his W-2's isn't the name of the bar; it's a DBAFor the life of them, they couldn't handle it I gave them the head accountant's contact information and they said that wasn't good enough; couldn't they speak with the owner? Trying to speak to the owner of this corporation is equal to trying to get Brad Pitt on the phone! The head accountant knows all the finances of all of the businesses, she is probably the only one that knew his hire date twelve years ago and also knows his pay raise history This was extremely frustrating that they couldn't think outside the box for a moment in order to accomplish something I feel is rather easy There were a few other items that took longer than they should have due to Quicken not having the ability to think a little outside the box in order to get something done and hence, our rate went up slightly I feel they are work order fillers and you would do better with a broker
This is my second refi with Quicken Loans, they have always been very transparent in their communication and dialogue with me in the closing and refi process. I was very pleased with my loan processor Frank and his assistant thank walked me through the closing and title signing portion. Only one issue- the lady that to my house to sign the paperwork could have been a little more friendly and excited about the process- afterall I did accommodate her and meet with her on her schedule since she said that she would be running behind that day closing. She is the only visual face of the company I get to see and would just think she would take that inton account when meeting clients. Otherwise a great process and would recommend Quicken to all my friends.
This was my first home purchase and it was easier and faster than I thought it would be. We are very happy we were able to go with Quicken loans. Friendly friendly great great customer service. I am not used to that in my home town, so it makes me feel good when people show that they care about the experience I am having. I do intend to invest in more property and I will choose Quicken Loans again.

I had a positive experience with Steve Furdock, he was part of the resolutions team, my application was denied, but with some more research, and with him listening to me, they found out that I was indeed qualified for the home loan! I and my family are blessed to have worked with him.
The whole process of refinancing my home was so simple and I was able to log into their website and complete all my documentation I was kept up to date on everything that was happening and they even came to my home for the closing It was so easy! Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful
The advisor I spoke to exerted an enormous amount of pressure to get me to close the deal before I got off the phone "What will it take to get you to make the decision tonight..." after I'd already told him times I was going to look at the options I had from different lenders and make a decision by the following day I asked specifically for 5% down information but the advisor was determined to get me locked in to their 1% down program When I asked for comparisons on amortization he started talking about monthly payments He kept telling me about the great deals Quicken loan could provide me, rather than answering the questions I asked The conversation reminded me of talking to a used car salesman I eventually ended the call by telling him there was nothing he could do to persuade me to make a decision to go forward tonight, but he had made me decide due to the pressure he was putting me under not to move forward at all with Quicken Loans I thanked him, said goodbye and hung up Ten minutes later I received a voicemail saying he didn't understand how we'd become disconnected and he understood I was feeling pressure about getting financing in place in time for closing! He asked me to call back, which I didn't, and said he'd call me again in the morning So, I blocked his number I then received an email follin the morning from him which I didn't respond to In the afternoon, I received another email asking me to lto retrieve my pre-approval letter (which I never requested) and to submit my documents to complete my application package If you know you're going to use them then they may be great If not, be prepared for ridiculous pressure and to be treated like you don't have a brain in your head "Turn your piece of paper over, write at the top on the right side and on the left side" - you get the idea I'm sure
