We submitted all our documents in March for a May closing on our houseWe heard from our loan officer for about the first weeks and after that we've had about other people requesting information and moving our closing date on the last minuteThey request the same information every time, do not communicate with each and have scheduled, confirmed and changed the closing times already and they wait about days before the expected closing to switch it again and it is always due to information they have had all along but didn't bother to noticeThey are the most frustrating,inefficient and incompetent group of people I have ever worked with

Quicken Loans during the loan process seemed to want to help us, but then after a lower than expected appraisal, they became very distant and lost interest in us So we gathered comparison home sales of recently sold homes in our area, close to our homes criteria, and sent them to the Mortgage Banker who was previously working with us We followed up by contacted him to ensure what we faxed got to him He assured us what we sent was received and he would forward them to a Loan Specialist for review That was the last we heard from Quick Loans We emailed and left phone messages with the Mortgage Banker to give us a call back Guess it fell on deaf ears That's just bad business
