The lone process was quick & professional I only have one complaintThey pulled my CREDIT REPORT times, which isn't good for your score I would use them again

Having to deal with a different person or department of the company each week is a bit muchIt would have been much better to have one person rather then a bunch calling you to get info
We had a great experience using Jessie with Quicken Loans to refinance our modular homeThey were always friendly and continuously kept us in the loop on what was going onOur new monthly payment even ended up being lower than expected!

I want to let customer know that I will never recommend anyone to quick and loansIt is the most horrible experience ever and I'm not even using them for my loanI am in the process of selling my home and the buyers used quicken loans (which my agent didn't like from the beginning) because she experienced the horrible experience through quick and loansWe had a purchase agreement dated for closing on June 29th and they just sent an email stating they will not be able to close on timeFour people are effected by this dealThat means I can't move in my home on time and so on for the next three peopleThat is horrible!!!!!!!! The buyers and their agent had no clue it was a problem with their file! they haven't received any updates regarding challenges in closing until last weekJust horrible I will be sure to let all four agents involved to never let their client use quicken loansI am so disappointed with their services, lack of communication, and lack of consideration!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...⇄
