The only negative was that once I froze my rate, they kept sending solicitation emails with a lower rate But overall, 100% happy!!

Jon Wozniac approved me for a mortgage I looked for a house for several months and was about to put in an offer The new real estate agent I was using was skeptical of quicken loans after their agency had several bad experiences with them through their clients I spoke to another loan officer and I was missing a key component to allow me to get the mortgage at that time It was a good thing I didn't put in an offer and I could have lost several thousands of dollars Till the very end, this man misled me and lied with no remorse, even after I confronted him - he tried to play dumb like the issue was something new going on when I was told by other mortgage people that it has been a requirement for a long time I will NEVER use this business again and would ask anyone thinking about it to stay away for their own sake
