As a first time home buyer with an excellent credit score, Quicken Loans has made this the most stressful and most difficult processes everFrom jump there was always miscommunication with my banker provided to meI had to consult with his supervisor or numerous occasions about the difficulties I was having understanding certain things dealing with the mortgageIt was always a task for myself and realtor to get in contact with the bankerI had to call in about that as wellWhat even prompted this complaint is I’ve been blocked on Facebook for stating my issues along with I have a credit score and I was given a good faith estimate of my interest rate at 5.625% where they charged me $for a point to bring it down to 4.625%! They also quoted me around $16,to close not to mention the 3% I put down with my builder! They couldn’t tell me how all these costs were calculated! I immediately began shopping around for other lenders and they couldn’t believe what QUICKEN LOANS are doing to people like myselfIt’s way more of things I can name but that was the main issueDO NOT work with Quicken they trick you by selling you on there instant equity and other things that sound good but you will pay for somehow in the end!
My refinancing was a very smooth processThey actually tell you up front your closing date so, it's up to you to give information needed as quickly as possible to make it smoothMy whole process was done on time with no issues! I would highly recommend this company
Basically everything was fast, easy, with each step well informed The only negative was the closing They had hired a 3rd party agent who was, VERY late, did not communicate well at all, and was only able to read exactly what was written on a piece of paper in front of him Hire better closers!

We applied for a mortgage thru Quicken Loans and it was a very pleasurable experience Everyone we dealt with was very helpful and professional They were always available when I had questions and if a message was left there was always a quick response They were in constant touch with us keeping us updated on the progress of our loan
Great loan company, I would recommend to anyone,they will answer any and all questions and are very nice about it, don't have to be afraid to ask them because they will explain everything perfectionly
Service was excellent! Slowed down a bit getting a clear title report because no other company ever cared enough to remove my foot-drag ex-husband through the process (a few sleepless nights over the years because of it)
The only negative was that once I froze my rate, they kept sending solicitation emails with a lower rate But overall, 100% happy!!
We were looking to refinance our home mortgage Kyle with Quicken Loans made it easy I was having some difficulty getting online information from one of the credit bureau's and Kyle was able to research it and give me the step-by-step process Other than that, this was one of the easiest refinancing processes that my husband and I have ever been through!!
