Also loved that a mobile noatary came to our home for the final signatures!! They were true to their word and honest in our dealings
They were quick & thorough when asking for info or items to process the loan so I wasn't being hassled every other day with request for moreThe loan was completed on timeThey were very accommodating to my travel schedule when it came time to sign all the docsAfter spending the last year trying to get the done with Chase, Nationstar and a couple others this was a pleasure!

Quicken promised to roll my mortgage and line of credit into mortgage and remove the PMI, our appraisal didn’t come back favorable ($20,less than months prior) CONVENIENTLY that changed the pricing of closing which would have costed more than our PMI would have over the next years!Like I wouldn’t “notice” $8,closing costsDO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH QUICKEN
