We have been in the process of a refi with Quicken for about weeks nowThey gave us an approval letter and we had a conference call with them and our current mortgage companyThey had all documentation and were aware of all circumstances prior to their appprovalAfter the approval, they ordered an appraisal and charged us $ Three weeks later they suddenly tell us we aren't going to qualify and we wouldn't be getting our money backThey were aware of the reason for denial weeks before and still allowed us to continue through the appraisal process and pay the $They should have put the brakes on the moment they were told we didn't meet their qualificationsThey just didn't care that we were out money and time due to their shotty, irresponsible business practicesI would never recommend them to anyoneThey're just out for themselves and ripping people off
