My wife and I had a great experience with Quicken LoansAll questions we had throughout the refinancing process were answered by a polite and curtious team of peopleThe process may have took a little time but it was well worth it

I would recommend QL to anyone! They were quick, to the point, polite, kept me well informed and was just all over awesome!

Luke Clayton and Adrian Bernal are very professional and thoroughThe entire process was seamless and efficientBest refinancing experience ever

This was a very positive experience from beginning to endThank you Michael and Anthony

Quicken loans made the refinancing process simple and answered all of my questions promptly I give QL stars

I cant say enough about the experience we had with Quicken The process was painless, quick, and I cant imagine why I didnt refinance sooner I say high five, stars, and way to go Quicken Loan Team!!!!

Very impressed with entire application and process and complete communication at every point

OUTSTANDING SERVICE - John O'Connor and Shawn did an awesome job on processing my mortgage I was purchasing my condo and had a few bad hits on my credit report They communicated all details with me, work through the process and I closed in weeks I was turned down by another mortgage company (Mortgage One) but Quicken came through So happy homeowner

Great experiencethey were wonderful

I am pleased with Quicken Loans process and how fast things are accomplished

Quicken has never been anything other than a problem for my wife and IWhen we first bought our hour it was an odd situationWe were buying the house from my mother-in-law who was on disability and couldn't afford the house and we were paying all of the billsBecause of that we had to make many modifications to the house to get it to pass inspection and pay out of pocket for itAfter making said modifications we assumed, and were assured multiple times over, that the closing process would be quickIt was notWe started the process in August and didn't get it finally closed until the day before ChristmasNo matter how many documents we gave them they always magically needed something else and the day we were supposed to close they sent an email to my mother-in-law asking he to bring a check for several thousand dollars for closing fees, that obviously being on disabilities she did not haveThey had to rework the loan so that we had to pay the fees and when we finally did go to close and they sent a notary to the house she only had half the documents and she had to use our printer to print them outThat may not be Quickens fault but still it quite unprofessionalFast forward almost two years and Quicken calls my wife out of the blue and says that we have been good customers and they have reviewed our account and have seen that our credit scores have risen, at no time did we authorize them to check our scores so either this was a lie or they did it without our consent, and they would like us to refinanceMy wife's first question is how much is this going to cost? The response: It will cost you nothingSecond question: We are looking at buying new vehicles How is this going to affect this process? The response: It isn't going toThis was three months ago They had to appraise the house again, which we were fine withWe did get two used vehicles and gave them the loan information times before they accepted itThe kept asking for personal information over and over along with bank statements and pay stubs (nothing has changed in the less than two years we've had the loan through them)And all of a sudden we needed to come up with $1000+ for "closing costs"Four times they asked us for these "closing costs" and each time when we pushed back we would get a call from a "Customer Solutions Specialist" who would tell us it was a mistake and we didn't owe thatThis final time they asked for the money I told them I wasn't paying itOur account representative sent me a document said the money was not for closing costs but for the rest of our property taxes for the year, even though the new loan would be through them and we already had an escrow account that we had been paying into and would continue to do so with this loan, and the document gave us a breakdown of the new loanreviewing the document I found that the amount that the loan was for was almost $MORE than what we currently owed on our mortgage dues to fees that were owed for the loan processI called the "Customer Solutions Specialist" and he told me that there was a mistake and we didn't have to pay off our property taxes because they were prepaid at the beginning of the year and the $fee was a mistake and we wouldn't owe thatI asked about the $in fees that we were not told about, and we were told from the beginning that there wouldn't be any fees, and I was told that it was the fee for the loan process and by doing this loan process that they were going to save me $10,I told him that this doesn't make much senseUsing their own amortization calculator on the Quicken site I inputted the numbers and it only showed me that I would be saving $in interest and that was with it taking into account that I always pay more than what my monthly payment is so I'm not sure where I am saving $10,by refinancing when they are lowering my interest rate by less than half a percent and then increasing the loan amount but more than $When I explained this to him he got an attitude with me and tried to force the issue and I told him to cancel the refinance request because I would not be signing or uploading any documents from now onHe told me he would if that's what I wanted and I said I did and he hung upI will never deal with this company againHopefully in the next years we will be moving to a bigger house to supports our growing family and we'll go through a real bank

My experience with Quicken Loans was very positive Sean Gray was a very helpful and understanding loan consultant He was always patient with my questions that I had about the refinancing process, always without fail returned my calls whenever I had questions, made the whole transition which at times I felt daunting, due to my work schedule flow so easily Thank You Sean! Also a quick thank you to Kevin the closer as well

Good experience overallThey gave us the best rateIt was greatSome of the communication with each Dept was a little difficultThe appraiser was out of area and gave us a really low appraisal and that was difficultIt's better to stay with a local appraiser that knows all the neighborhoodsIn the end the rate was what sold usThat's what lasts for years and what counts

I was very pleased with Quicken Loans from the outset through to completion e-mails were answered quickly and any concerns I had were clearly addressed I was amazed how quickly my refinance was brought to a close - three weeks! I am happy to recommend Quicken Loans to other potential clientsThe various Quicken Loans employees I came in contact with were always extremely helpful

I submitted a request for a quoteQuicken Loans contacted meThey went over a quote that would work for usAfter that everything went smoothly right to closing

Ryan Kennedy also, Carolyn Felix, the whole team was very professional Excellent Customer Service

We did a mortgage refinance with Quicken Loans and the overall experience was excellent All of the people we spoke to were very helpful, patient and always courteous The process was very easy and the online interface worked very well, making for good communication between the customer and Quicken Loans The only problem we ran into was during the closing portion when we had to sign the closing documents with a closing agent/notary Quicken Loans did not understand that we lived on a rural area (island) of Hawaii and a closing agent was not able to meet with us We had to do the closing with a notary at our local bank It worked out okay in the end but there definitely was some confusion and miscommunication at the time Again, the overall experience went very well and they were able to answer most of out questions along the way

Quicken contacted me about a intrest reduction and lower monthly payments I agreed to do so and all was good except when we were told that we would get our dollars back from escrow account This went on for a week and we planed to use that extra on payment to clear out a credit card and all of a sudden we were told that we would not get it and if we did the payment would be increased from what we agreed This went on and we were told more times we would get it and then told NO YOU WILL NOT GET IT unless we raise the monthly payment We did not get it and it left a little bitter taste in my mouth I liked everyone that I talked to about everything it just is not good to say you will get it and back it up more times and then say no way People count on what they are told

The experience was great and everything was explained very clearlyEach step was easy and made very simpleI would recommend Quicken to anyone who is looking to refinance or buy a home

Great my client care specialist kept me updated on loan process and was very helpful on helping me with the things I needed to do on my end
