I went with Quicken because they were able to close so fast Just a note to anyone that wants to get a loan There are certain services that you can shop for You should shop for those, as you can save hundreds of dollars finding title companies that are less expensive then their default company Also, they were willing to work with me on costs that I didn't believe were valid Great experience overall!

Quicken loans was very timely in their review of our loan application All of the representatives and subcontractors (appraiser & closing attorney) were very courteous and professional and gave us the highest confidence in their abilities The Quicken Loans representatives always kept us in the loop as to their progress and stayed in constant contact The website was very easy to use and uploading documents to the website was very easy The timeliness if the closing was unbelievable From loan application (6/6) to loan closing (7/18) was only days That is great in my book The interest rate and closing costs were the lowest we found in our quest for a refinance We give quicken out highest marks for a job well done
