My experience with Quicken Loans had it's good and bad thingsspeed with approval, etc was excellentMy problem was with or different reps, techs, pecks, and roostersEach one was the best of the best and each one started calling every other dayGorttired of thisCrowning point being recorder message from *** Broomsticks or what ever, (PRESIDENT)) telling me how great he was because he put his pants on backwards to show how concerned he was..Closing rep was a blastFinished in minutes

My experience with Quicken Loans was great Everything was processed in the time frame given and without a hitchThey made a usual stressful situation very "non stressful" and for this, I am very appreciative
I applied for a loan in March 2016, gave the a $deposit for appraisals what have youI specifically asked my Quicken Loan banker TYLER, would you keep this money if I am not approved, he says "oh no, you are approved we don't do this, we won't ask you for this money unless you are approved" well the approval became a denial and low and behold they kept my money saying the banker TYLER never said the words that I would be refunded the moneyI said now you are playing tic for tat, because those EXACT words didn't come from his mouth, I can't get my money backBEWARE, DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY! You will be sorry!
Jon Wozniac approved me for a mortgage I looked for a house for several months and was about to put in an offer The new real estate agent I was using was skeptical of quicken loans after their agency had several bad experiences with them through their clients I spoke to another loan officer and I was missing a key component to allow me to get the mortgage at that time It was a good thing I didn't put in an offer and I could have lost several thousands of dollars Till the very end, this man misled me and lied with no remorse, even after I confronted him - he tried to play dumb like the issue was something new going on when I was told by other mortgage people that it has been a requirement for a long time I will NEVER use this business again and would ask anyone thinking about it to stay away for their own sake
I've have been with Quicken Loans company for about yearsI've made contracts with them times, each time to my benefit especially since rates came downThey have kept me informed all though the process Their Staff is professional and Courteous, and Patient especially for me since I always ask a lot of questions, emails and phone calls and the website made process quick and understandable

Other than having to mainly communicate though emails to close my refinance, I'm happy that I didn't trash the flyerI'd refer this company to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home

Quicken Loans during the loan process seemed to want to help us, but then after a lower than expected appraisal, they became very distant and lost interest in us So we gathered comparison home sales of recently sold homes in our area, close to our homes criteria, and sent them to the Mortgage Banker who was previously working with us We followed up by contacted him to ensure what we faxed got to him He assured us what we sent was received and he would forward them to a Loan Specialist for review That was the last we heard from Quick Loans We emailed and left phone messages with the Mortgage Banker to give us a call back Guess it fell on deaf ears That's just bad business
