Very positive experience even though my refinance involved a previous divorce on the old loan and I am self employed which makes it difficult to show proof of all income QL guided me through each step of the process and constantly sent email updates of the progress They listened to my questions and gave feedback as soon as possible and never made me feel wrong about asking the questions I highly recommend giving them a call for mortgage or refinance

Accommodated the closing in a remote area of Arizona
We were told by senior mortgage banker Mike Assi (aka Mouhamad Assi) that there would be other avenues to re-finance via QL if we did not have a 75% LTV, however this was definitely not the case MrAssi collected $from us for an appraisal knowing that if we did not have a 75% LTV we would not be able to re-finance Furthermore, MrAssi used very unprofessional and what we believe to be fraudulent emails when soliciting us When soliciting us, he told us that total closing costs for our loan would be $26000, however the actual closing costs were $42677! The approach used by QL and MrAssi provided a gross misrepresentation with regard to the loan and in my mind was a complete violation of the Code of Ethics
Great experience Quick and easy refi Uploaded and downloaded all docs using an app on my phone Only final docs needed wet signature, and the notary came to our house Our loan officer, Michael Kirkegaard was great Friendly, helpful and responsive Thanks!!
My husband and I had a great experience with a new home loan on our new dream home! Everything was easy, fast, and we had no issues keeping up with the documents needed from us Jeffery was awesome!
