I think there rates were high compared to other lenders..but had already gone so far in the process..went ahead and closed..Their contact folks were annoying..calling multiple times a day just "checking in" Went through "rocket mortgage" whose add stated point,clickapproval..WRONG...no different than any other mortgage approval process..same documentation required, etc

There are not enough words to describe the excellent service provided by Quicken Loans on my recent refi These people have brought back to life the essence of premier customer service I hope other corporations are paying attention to how fast QL ois growing and how high their ratings are The cable and cell phone companies could learn a lot from QL! If you want fast, friendly, accomodating service on a mortgage or refinance, don't even think about anybody else...Quicken Loans has your back!

Process with simply Quicken staff assisted throughout the process, and they kept me informed Required documents were prepared and submitted primarily via web applications Everything went smoothly
My experience was awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone and they kept me informed on everything that was going on in the loan and closing process on my new home
