Exceptional customer service My rep, Chad Pyykkonen, always answered the phone, it never went to voicemail All of my many, many questions were answered courteously, quickly, professionally and accurately And then I always received an email follow up to confirm the conversation, usually with links for additional resources When I sent an email with a question, it was answered within the hour Their web site is extremely user friendly Legal speak terms and conditions are broken down into layman's terms So many helpful resources at my fingertips, no matter what my question was Most importantly, promises are kept No lost documents, sending things over and over, last minute document/information requests, etc- all of which happened when I refinanced my home with another bank I would recommend Quicken Loans to anyone, and will use no one else if I have a mortgage need in the future
Stay away, this company is a waste of timeFirst agent was nice the rest throughout the process were rude and didn't seem to careThey avoid answering the phone if they don't have any updatesBut if you have no other choice but this company avoid "Yvonne Jones" she is by far the worst

I am very upset with Quicken I was preapproved for loansDuring the process they did hard pulls on my creditThen I found a home over the weekend and they didn't preapprove me because there new guides for fha loans are that you have to have an open trade line( a credit card) for at least monthsI asked another loan provider about this and they said they have never heard of such thingsSo then I called Quicken and they said its a new policy they have for the companyMeanwhile they waited the amount of hard queries I am allowed on my credit, very upsettingIt has nothing to do with my Score either I had preapproves after each time they pulled my creditQuicken has all these awards how I have no idea when they treat people this way!

I worked very hard with Quicken & Loan representative Todd Lamperski, from Nov thru Feb on a complicated refi situation that my husband and I had Two homes, one a vacation rental, we are self-employed, one mortgage also had a second mortgage, different states, all kinds of details that made the situation very complex Todd and the group at QL worked their tails off Todd was willing to work late into the evening to get everything put together for us! Yeoman effort! Very Impressive As it turns out we still weren't able to get the refi That was the only thing I wasn't happy about Todd and Quicken Loan did everything to help us get a different result! Even with that result I can't sing their praises enough
