Very positive experience even though my refinance involved a previous divorce on the old loan and I am self employed which makes it difficult to show proof of all income QL guided me through each step of the process and constantly sent email updates of the progress They listened to my questions and gave feedback as soon as possible and never made me feel wrong about asking the questions I highly recommend giving them a call for mortgage or refinance

We were using Quicken for our existing home loan as well, so wanted to stay with them with our new home purchase when we were asked to relocateI have to say the experience was greatI thought it would be harder to close one and immediately start a new, but the people at Quicken took care of everything and it went very smooth and we were able to close on the new house on time
