Quicken Loans was absolutely amazingThey were with me every step of the way with my loan processIf anyone is in of a home loan, go to Quicken Loans
While my other experiences were pretty easy, my most recent was more complicatedThey seemed unprepared for complicatedBetter understanding of our exact situation and proper planing and execution would have made for less stress all around
I had a good experience with Quicken LoansThey listened to what I wanted and what I needed and they did just thatThe whole team helped me during the process
I had a great experience with Quicken LoansMy husband and I refinanced last monthI called on Dec 30th and our loan closed on Jan 24thThe only delay was waiting for payment history from my previous mortgage companyEveryone I worked with at Quicken was so helpful, professional, and easy to work withThey were on top of my loan process and kept me in the loop at all timesWhen I had a question or concern they would respond very quickly and always made me feel comfortable with their answerIt was a very painless experience and I would recommend Quicken Loans to my friends and family membersI have friends and family that have also used Quicken so they were the first company I contactedI loved how we were able to sign all the documents at our home at 7:pm,
Nice automated, electronic tools for submitting information Thought the types of, and level of detail of the information required seemed to be overkill But might be a regulatory requirement
I tried to refinance with bank that owned loan...became such a painful experience that I ditched it and thought to try quickenFrom the start, these poor people had to deal with an enormous amount of skepticism on my part due to prior experienceThe folks I dealt with (mat, adonna, sonni) were outstanding and truely helped drive this attempt to refinance to completion...with only a fraction of the aggravation experienced during previous refinance attempt
This is my second experience with Quicken LoansI have had good experiences on both occasionsThe representatives have been patient and helpful without exceptionI recommend them
Quicken Loans closed my loan in about two weeks I didn't even think it was possible to process my loan and close so quickly They are efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive I would highly recommend their services
My experience with Quicken Loans started off as average The loan officer was friendly, but very quickly it became apparent that he had the sales acumen of a really bad used car salesman Transparent techniques, really corny, and the whole experience became nauseating I was working with other lenders at the time as I shopped around for my mortgage I settled on one lender which was not Quicken, and when I notified the guy I was working with that I no longer wanted to work with Quicken, the calls increased in frequency and became harassing Other people at Quicken began calling as well despite me telling them multiple times that I was closing on a loan the following day At one point, the original person I worked with (Marz Debowski) left me a voicemail stating that there was a problem with my credit and I needed to call back immediately Subsequent conversations with this person involved me telling them to stop calling but he never mentioned my 'credit issues', of course there are none A quick internet search reveals that I am not alone in my harassment by Quicken Loans It seems to be their forte I would pay higher rates than give business to an operation like this

I took a chance and contacted Quiken Loans in order to refinance my home The personnel that I encounter were exceptional They were professional, knowledgeable, patient and efficient Everything that was told to me on how the process worked was spot on MrAaron Shook was the gentleman that handled my mortage and took me through the whole process The team that was assembled on my behalf kept me informed every step of the way The experience was quite pleasurable If I had to do this over again, I would have picked Quiken Loans to finance my home from the very beginning This is a wonderful organization with personnel to match I give this organization a "10", they have the expertise and treat people with the upmost respect
