I worked very hard with Quicken & Loan representative Todd Lamperski, from Nov thru Feb on a complicated refi situation that my husband and I had Two homes, one a vacation rental, we are self-employed, one mortgage also had a second mortgage, different states, all kinds of details that made the situation very complex Todd and the group at QL worked their tails off Todd was willing to work late into the evening to get everything put together for us! Yeoman effort! Very Impressive As it turns out we still weren't able to get the refi That was the only thing I wasn't happy about Todd and Quicken Loan did everything to help us get a different result! Even with that result I can't sing their praises enough

I had mixed reviews pertaining to QLBeing a first time home buyer, my first agent Marc Nwas great in the beginning, but later became hard to reach, an barely returned my callsMy next agent Josh Pwas always available, but at times seemed frustrated by me asking several questions, an I didn't always feel like Josh was working as fast to get me closed, but my absolute worst experience was with Courtney Milner, my agent an I asked if we could omit the repair of the air conditioning, she said she'll submit the request an call me within days, it was weeks before I spoke with her, and she only offered an apology AFTER I brought it to her attention, very nonchalantlyBut the most positive experience I had was with Emily SeminettiSHE WAS GREAT!!! I only dealt with her approximately days, she followed up with me, she seemed to make things happenMy loan was up against the clock to close, an I truly believe it would not have closed in time, if not for Emily! I was more impressed with her in days than with Marc,Josh, or Courtney in 4months
Quicken Loans was one of the most efficiently executed transactions that I have ever had with a financial institution Their staff was also exceptional customer friendly

Quicken Loans was absolutely amazing to work withWe had just recently been working with a lender through a different bank for months prior to calling Quicken Loans, which was an absolute nightmare for us from day The first day we called Quicken Loans and spoke with Brandon Thompson, he was so personable, efficient, and did his job so well!!! Within a few minutes Brandon had a pre-approval for us, within less than hours we had an appraisal scheduledThrough the second part of the loan process we worked with Chris Mcilquham who was just as awesome!! Every time my husband and I spoke with Chris on the phone he was more than helpful, made us feel confident with how the process was going, and truly went above and beyond to get the job done for us!!! We almost lost this home purchase through our previous lender but Quicken Loans pulled through for us and we closed in less than days!!!! I wish we could have personally shook hands and hugged each one of these men for doing such a wonderful job!! I know these men don't know the faces of the people on the other end of the phone most times, but our family is forever grateful to you for saving this home purchase!
