Great, I am pleased quicken loans wanted a mold inspection in the basement, after viewing the photosWe found mold and had it removed, ( health is wealth) thanks Rich G
I am very upset with Quicken I was preapproved for loansDuring the process they did hard pulls on my creditThen I found a home over the weekend and they didn't preapprove me because there new guides for fha loans are that you have to have an open trade line( a credit card) for at least monthsI asked another loan provider about this and they said they have never heard of such thingsSo then I called Quicken and they said its a new policy they have for the companyMeanwhile they waited the amount of hard queries I am allowed on my credit, very upsettingIt has nothing to do with my Score either I had preapproves after each time they pulled my creditQuicken has all these awards how I have no idea when they treat people this way!
Everything for our refi was quick and easy, most paperwork was e-signed, a rate was locked it quickly, the appraiser came out quicklyWhen it came to closing paperwork that happened mostly on our schedule, they came by my office, and it took minutes of time during lunchThis process was ridiculously easy, and straightforwardThere is really nothing I can think of to improve the process
If I could give a negative star I totally wouldQuicken Loan does not honor their original commitment care about its customers
They have committed to me for 2.65% interest rate and NO closing cost but at the end they change to higher interest rate with over $6,and closing cost, They promised to close it by days but they drag it for months
I would never again consider Quicken Loan
My experience with Quicken was a truly positive one Their portal (MyQL) was intuitive and informative during every stage of the process Rachel Sholtis (our banker) and Robert Jackson (Client Care Specialist) were particularly helpful and great to work with Would definitely recommend them
My husband and I ran our own separate business's for years and this has to be the best customer service we have ever seen by everyone involved in the processI would be more than happy to refer this company to anyoneI tried to work with my bank to get this refi, and they just couldn't get it together

The people were very nice and helpful at each stage, it was surprisingly simple and fast, even though I am not a computer user they walked me thru the process and responded quickly to any concerns I had, they were the epitome of user friendly
I refinanced twice with Quicken Loans after being referred by a friendI was hesitant because I only associated Quicken with TurboTaxHowever they were very well structured and made the refinance process pain freeThey have great underwriters and get the loans approved and completed quicklyI recently refinanced again to remove FHA PMI and reduce my rate and they got me doneI have to admit they dont have the best rates on the market but they do close at exactly what they state
We had our loan processed in a short amount of time and got the rate we wantedShawn, our rep was very helpful and if we had any questions he could answer themThis was our easiest refi we have ever doneThanks Quicken Loans!
