From the first phone call to the last visit from our underwriter, we were very pleased witht he ease of the whole process All the individuals involved in making this loan happen so quickly, were so helpful and and friendly
I was very pleased with my business interactions, in dealing with Quicken Loans for my new mortgage I appreciated MrThom Palgren, Chris McILuham, Ashley Rafalski, Notary Rori Hill, Appraiser Johnny Galvar, Grady O'Brian, Ed Morris and other staff members greatly (had a little frustration with Matt Murray)Personally, I prefer doing most of the business via express mail/or UPS I am somewhat guarded doing business over internet...due to possible hackingAgain, thank you for your professional & convivial endeavors on my behalf

Getting a mortgage is never an entirely easy experience, is it? That said, QL did an awful good job Perfect? No But it was as easy as such an onerous transaction can be, I think Not sure it was the cheapest option either, but as an investment mortgage, I did not have a lot of choices

Their team of professionals were knowledgeable, curtious, friendly, and very helpful They kept me updated almost on a daily basis (as needed) as to where we were in the loan process I am extremely pleased with Quicken, I would do business with them again and recommend them to anyone
What a task to go through getting a loanThe process like any loan was exhaustingBeyond the information Quicken accumulated and the many pages of faxes to them, the overall ordeal was goodYou must have patience and not get too frustrated & you'll be fineWhenever you have to get bank statements go to the bank in person to have them print them outThe online prints lack informationI'd give Quicken an overall rating of B++at the end they could have been faster to give an appraisal but other then that, James Debartolo was excellentAlso Diant'e Hubbard was greatBoth get high scoresThanks Quicken, I'll be back
I tried to refinance with bank that owned loan...became such a painful experience that I ditched it and thought to try quickenFrom the start, these poor people had to deal with an enormous amount of skepticism on my part due to prior experienceThe folks I dealt with (mat, adonna, sonni) were outstanding and truely helped drive this attempt to refinance to completion...with only a fraction of the aggravation experienced during previous refinance attempt
Quicken Loans is a great companyTheir service towards their clients is exceptionalThey walked us through the entire loan process constantly keeping us accountable to make sure that we had everything ready for closingWould definitely use them again for our future purchases (if necessary)
