I applied for refi under VA loan, allowing to take 100% if he equity out if the house, my house appraised at 320K, but the loan was for only 330K, shorten me 20K, why why why, if it appraised at 290K, would they have refi 300K, hell no, so why then was I cheated out of 20K ????

Not that helpful, marked our file as loan declined which was not true. They could lend us an amount, we chose not to accept
