I just closed a refi with them despite my better judgement It was a total bait and switch scam and all they wanted to do was suck more money out of me with fees and lies Some of the many, many people I had to deal with were rude and bullying They even told me that they weren't making as much money from me than they usually do - like I should feel bad that Quicken isn't making enough money?? I think they are making plenty of money with all the last minute fees they added and changes they made to our original agreement I would NEVER do business with Quicken again
I felt the loan process was very professional All people I interfaced with were competent, helpful and friendly Large part of the communications was on line but when I had questions I could reach them by phone easily and I was assigned specific individuals in each phase of the loan process which resulted in an efficient and friendly working relationship
Quicken loans was professional and very easy to work with they always had time to answer any question I had or support me with any issuesI would highly recommend quicken loans and intend to use them again on my next home purchase
Quicken was on the spot and really made my mortgage process a breezeThey worked late hours, we're very personal with meI didn't feel like a numberI would have thought I was dealing with a local bank, not to mention the smaller banks couldn't touch the closing cost I closed on my home weeks ago and joke that the entire thing was done from my smart phoneTruly a easy experience I will say toward the end of the process there were a few back and forth last minute items I felt should have been dealt with sooner, but it all got taken care of
