We tried using our small town bank for our mortgage, but small banks are making it harder and harder to take out loans Quicken was fast, friend, efficient and we closed on our new home weeks ago! Would recommend them to anyone!

The Quicken Loan Team that worked on my refinancing was responsive and professional every step of the way The refinancing was complex because of lien releases from almost years ago that had not been recorded, a confusing Warranty Deed with an asterisk reference to one of the co-owners of the property, a non-relative co-owner that would remain on the title, but not on the loan, and an IRS payoff and lien that required working with their timeline Because of these complexities, there were a number of communications back and forth and some adjustments that had to be made along the way The ability to upload documents in real time, interact via chat, or leave messages at any time of the day or night kept the process moving I'm not sure that I would have been able to do a similar kind of loan with a local or regional banker In fact, the recommendation from the Mortgage Banker at the beginning made it possible for me to achieve a level of financial freedom that I would not have thought possible I am grateful for everyone involved in making this happen I also look forward to being able to manage everything on-line moving forward

I recently decided to contact quicken loans about a refi of my PNC home eq loan I have been very unhappy with PNC they still have not told me when the loan ends after weeks, I requested a review of my loan several times with no responseIBelieve they just don't really care about customersSo off to quicken I was amazed how fast and easy it all was, it seemed like 1-weeks but actually to do everythingApply, appraise, approve, lock in rate, convert to year mortgage, no catches, fair placement feeVery nice service people, lawyer came to my house for closing documents, finished, just waiting for next step, a refund of funds not needed for final settlementI couldn't be happier and they saved me over $per monthSince I am retired, every dollar saved is a great help, costs of everything keep going up, but I have a certain amount of fixed incomeI am very pleased with Quicken Loan
