After asking more than once if my loan would be sold, I was assured both times that my loan would never be soldOne month after closing the loan, the loan was sold to Freddie MacI will be searching for similar complaints about this type of experienceLying to your customers will not gain you business, I will never again use quicken loans and will take further action if the opportunity arises in the future

I have never dealt with anyone like Quicken Loans EVERYONE is so friendly and willing to do what it takes, to take care of your questions and Loan that you are applying for WE could not believe that they were willing to SETTLE at your home or another place of your choice THE entire process only took minutes I WOULD NOT go anywhere else and I tell everyone how good they are WE LOVE THEM

Apparently Quicken Loan advisers don't know the difference between modular and manufactured housingThey don't do loans for manufactured homes, but they didn't figure out until after a month and the appraisal that this was a manufactured home in spite of being told it was To top it off, they called my senior citizen dad at at night to tell him the loan was deniedThat left him no options except to fret about it all nightLearn your business, and how to deal with peopleCalling with bad news after business hours is not good business practice!
I was wowed with the speed and efficiency of the refinancing process.The people that assisted me were very knowledgeable and highly professionalsMy encounters with them were A+++They made the process stress free for me
The first guy we dealt with was a great communicator, when he passed the loan on, the communication seemed to fade away Definitely feel as a customer that every time things are handed off to another division there needs to be communication between all parties so everyone is on the same page By doing this, it takes away from any mistakes and also keeps the customer in the loop instead of all the sudden you are dealing with someone else on your loan
