The PROCESS itself was well thought out and as they say, truly engineered to amaze
But the PEOPLE were even better than the process
My loan specialist was a woman named Bobbie May
I will remember this woman and her approach to guiding me through the loan processI will remember it forevershe was genuine, earnest, responsiveI hope she wins some sort of recognition at her job
Her boss, and the other two ladies I spoke with (Anitra Jackson and Iesha)
there was a consistent flow and professionalism across the board
It was an outstanding approach to customer service and I didn't feel like a customer not even once.I felt lucky, like we were a team and me successfully owning a home was the goal

I have done business with this company for 2+ years, and have been quite happy with the service until recently I don't know if I will change to a different loan company as of yet, but would like to write about recent experience with them The person I talked to about a refinance was discrediting other loan companies that they never worked with They went as low as stating they where the highest gasoline where other loan companies where low grade I have never been a fan of companies who bash other companies Although they been good to me in the past I may need to change loan companies
Had a fantastic experience!! Everyone was so nice, helpful and very informingThey were always on top of things and responded quicklyI am a first time homeowner and was so glad I chose quick n loans!!!
Overall this was a fairly smooth process I liked having my own personal webpage to upload required documents, see what was needed and communication with the associates Everyone was very quick to respond to questions I posted online The entire process took weeks from start to finish (refinancing my home loan) with the last two weeks being waiting for closing date to sign the papers and paying off the old loan
The first individual I dealt with did have a vague salesman quality about him that I could see would be a little unsettling for some Not the same as walking into a bank and having a discussion about lending optionsSlightly more high pressure
All documents are online so you can read and re-read at leisure I would recommend going an and looking daily since documents did update periodically and changed things like closing fees and what I would either owe or get back at closing
Annoying pressure pushing mortgage company with no easy way to opt out and forcing you to submit your information to other companies whom are apparent spam and scam companies as I never received so much spam until I signed up with Quicken Loans, and now that it is Rocket Mortgage it has gotten times worse
My refinance experience with QL was wonderful! We closed in under days! I had a great, friendly team who answered all of my questions and kept everything running smooth Thank you for such an amazing experience I won't finance with anyone else
Quicken is a fast and responsible way to secure any home loanThis was our fourth loan with them and it was even easier than the other threeAlways kept me in the loop of the progress and available for questions, anytimeI will always use them because of the ease and reliability!
