I would refer them to anyone and everyoneAlso, a very organized companyEven my appraiser said they were the most organized company she had ever worked withThey give you a QL online to follow every step, but if there is a issue, you feel comfortable calling and they encourage you toCan't say enough!!

WARNING DO NOT USE QUICKEN LOANS, OR THEIR ROCKET MORTGAGE, THERE IS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES THAT HURT YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!!!
The first has hard check they "disposed"of my information has zero follow through, and wouldn't even give me a name of who in their company deleted my information to be held accountable; second hard check I had to call times to finally get a hold of an agent, which did not give me any of the information I requested at all, did another hard check (with me very hesitant & resistant) assuring me that it would only count as one hard check since it was within a week period, then another agent about a week later tried vigorously to get me to agree to yet another hard check on my credit (which I absolutely refused seeing as this would've been hard checks within a month from this horrible company quicken loans & their rocket mortgage), finally when I realize that it is in fact hard checks I called to have them remove one of them as it was their fault that they disposed of my information (not to mention assured me that it would only count as one) they refused to take off the hard checkI'm okay with one hard inquiry, that's fair, but to be treated like this, and have them do nothing but hurt my credit score and waste my time is absolutely infuriating, I've been nothing but nice, polite, and patient during the while process, even after they refused to correct their mistakes effecting my creditI just want to warn potential customers DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!

The advisor I spoke to exerted an enormous amount of pressure to get me to close the deal before I got off the phone "What will it take to get you to make the decision tonight..." after I'd already told him times I was going to look at the options I had from different lenders and make a decision by the following day
I asked specifically for 5% down information but the advisor was determined to get me locked in to their 1% down program When I asked for comparisons on amortization he started talking about monthly payments He kept telling me about the great deals Quicken loan could provide me, rather than answering the questions I asked The conversation reminded me of talking to a used car salesman
I eventually ended the call by telling him there was nothing he could do to persuade me to make a decision to go forward tonight, but he had made me decide due to the pressure he was putting me under not to move forward at all with Quicken Loans I thanked him, said goodbye and hung up Ten minutes later I received a voicemail saying he didn't understand how we'd become disconnected and he understood I was feeling pressure about getting financing in place in time for closing! He asked me to call back, which I didn't, and said he'd call me again in the morning So, I blocked his number I then received an email follin the morning from him which I didn't respond to In the afternoon, I received another email asking me to lto retrieve my pre-approval letter (which I never requested) and to submit my documents to complete my application package
If you know you're going to use them then they may be great If not, be prepared for ridiculous pressure and to be treated like you don't have a brain in your head "Turn your piece of paper over, write at the top on the right side and on the left side" - you get the idea I'm sure
I had the best experience ever, dealing with Sam Lanfear, from Quicken loansFrom the very first call that I received, until, well, even up until today, I have been in contact with someone from Quicken loansThis is after a month since we closed on our beautiful home I would highly recommend everyone use their servicesThey are top notchThanks again Sam and Michelle, you guys are the best!

QL was very quick and efficient with regard to the financial evaluation and loan approval processAll the loan professionals we worked with throughout the process were very friendly and responsiveTwo areas of issue: 1) they could be more communicative with EXACTLY the correct format type they need when requesting specific financial documents (i.emy wife and I had to submit our paystubs three different times before we through luck hit the format they wanted and the same situation arose with my 401k info); 2) despite giving full disclosure on all our personal info upfront a technical error with title transfer came up THREE days prior to closing that sent is scrambling for additional paperwork and legal docs for hours straight to make the closing happen on timeMy wife and I agree that this should have been caught and dealt with earlier to prevent all the panic attacks that subsequently occurredLOL
