I have to say that from start to finish the staff at Quicken always answered my questions along the way and went out of their way to accommodate me and my special time line that I was dealing with They said on day one that it would take -to days and it was completed in just under daysI can see why they call themselves "Quicken"

We are now dealing with loans that were suppose to be paid off from our refinanceNow I have a higher payment and still making loan payments on loans that were not paid off as we were told that they would beI borrowed 20,above the amount owed on my house to pay off these loans and take a vacationNeedless to say, had to cancel vacation and dealing with a lot of stressNot a good situation
The entire process was handled very well and quickEvery question was answered in a timely manner

My experience was very positive and went smoothly throughout the process The only miner glitch was that my insurance mistakenly got included in the escrow
WARNING DO NOT USE QUICKEN LOANS, OR THEIR ROCKET MORTGAGE, THERE IS ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES THAT HURT YOUR CREDIT SCORE!!!!
The first has hard check they "disposed"of my information has zero follow through, and wouldn't even give me a name of who in their company deleted my information to be held accountable; second hard check I had to call times to finally get a hold of an agent, which did not give me any of the information I requested at all, did another hard check (with me very hesitant & resistant) assuring me that it would only count as one hard check since it was within a week period, then another agent about a week later tried vigorously to get me to agree to yet another hard check on my credit (which I absolutely refused seeing as this would've been hard checks within a month from this horrible company quicken loans & their rocket mortgage), finally when I realize that it is in fact hard checks I called to have them remove one of them as it was their fault that they disposed of my information (not to mention assured me that it would only count as one) they refused to take off the hard checkI'm okay with one hard inquiry, that's fair, but to be treated like this, and have them do nothing but hurt my credit score and waste my time is absolutely infuriating, I've been nothing but nice, polite, and patient during the while process, even after they refused to correct their mistakes effecting my creditI just want to warn potential customers DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!!
I recently obtained a home loan from Quicken that went very smoothly Every staff member I had to deal with was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient Not only did they take care of my loan, they shared information about themselves that made me feel like they valued me as a person, not just as business Very impressed and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and acquaintances
We are pleased that Quicken provided us excellent service All that were involved in processing our loan were efficient, effective, and timely in meeting our needs
The loan was handled in an expeditious manner We would definitely refer Quicken
to others
I recently closed on a loan with Quicken LoansI was very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyoneThey were readily available at all times and willing to help in any way
Poor communication delayed our closing by a day We weren't informed of this change until the day before That's very frustrating when you've pre-schedule other activities (movers, cable, alarm installation) around the scheduled close date
The representatives were polite and very early in the process proactively reached out to gain my business
My experience would have been improved with clear and concise communication (i.e stating that submitting my tax return would expedite the process and later following up with requesting 4506-T to be signed which I had to sign several times due to by QL rep)What prevented me from signing 4506-T from the beginning? Additionally, timely follow up would have made the loan process less frustratingAfter submitting information there would be an approximate week delay if changes/updates were required vs frequent and consistent calls to gain my businessLast as my loan began to proceed forward there was inconsistency between representatives on statusOne representative would state a particular document was sufficient and a different representative would inform me what I originally submitted was not sufficientI would have to resubmit more supporting documentation
My wife and I purchased a 2nd home in North Carolina and the whole Quicken Loans team was great! They worked hard with us to close within our timeline of 26-daysWe understood that it would also require work on our part to help make the deadline, which meant great communication
We very much appreciated the online technology that Quicken Loans usesIt made things very convenient and we could work on things in the evening and they would be there for them in the morning and they always processed things within hours and kept us notified
Patrick (senior mortgage banker) and Billy (our senior purchase specialist) were great to work withPatrick even gave me his cell phone to call him if we ran into any problems

Absolutely horrible experience with Quicken Loans
I am a 100% sole owner of my S Corporation, yet Quicken Loans will not recognize the income of my company as my income although at the end of every year, as shown on my Tax Returns, the left over profits of my company get routed to me as a Dividends pay
Bottom Line, Quicken Loans simply wanted to go by my W2's, therefore I was treated as en employee rather than a business owner
Its either that Quicken Loan's system does not comprehend or is not tailored for a business owner or The rep that I dealt with could not comprehend the fact that I dictate my W2's and could care less what income I have on my W2's as long as my final income is reasonableApparently, the Dividends income is unnaccounted for and is simply overlooked although I have it reported as income on my Tax Returns!
I am very pleased with Quicken The process was quick and painless and actually much easier than my past experiences with other lenders I will definitely use Quicken for my future lending needs
