I am not a customer of Quicken LoansI chose not to do business with themThey sent me a rejection letter stating “Colllateral: Low appraised value I at no time provided financial information other than a verbal application and there was no appraisal of the propertyI decided not to do business with Quicken not the other way aroundTheir advertising is at best very misleading
My experience with QL has been fantastic Process was really smooth and fast All information is clearly stated on the portal they create with identifying information regarding status of the loan No secrets or hidden information Everything is explained upfront Personalized service - minute closing at the location of your choice Would recommend and use them again if needed

I just refinanced my home through Quicken loans or Rocket Mortgage now(Previously purchased through them) The whole process was weeks, very communicative! The appraisal didn't come back as high as I had hoped but even for a VA loan it was a very smooth, very easy processI highly recommend them!
