All I can say is they are scammers should not be in businessThere appraisers are hearing impairedAll they want is for you to take a loan and roll it over into the refi to fix things that totally make no reason or sense to fixMy dealings with them were horrible I wasted two months of my time and out the window to get refusedI have good credit no bills money in the bank pay mortgage on time and still get refusedBad people
Quicken and my rep worked with me to get my house refinanced I had some work to do but they were patient with my schedule and process and stuck by me for months! It was the opposite of the Rocket mortgage but that was my choice
