I had a very good experience with Quicken Loans This was my second refinance with themboth times they were very quick to respond to any questions I had The closing was very fast and they lowered my payments They even called me this time to ask if I wanted to refinance, My payments were going to almost $per month They lowered my payments to under $ Was very pleased with the professionalism received with all the departments the I worked with stars to Quicken Loans

Quicken was great and it was easy I worked with them online with myQL and never had to leave the house It was a refinance and it was a little more difficult because I am a small business owner, so needed to supply two years of tax returns, but they made it easy Took days from start to finish and the money was directly wired into my accountEveryone was friendly and helpful I most certainly would recommend them and doing everything with myql and working with them through email and phone, everything was documented and I always had easy referral to it If I had any questions I could ask them on myql online and they would answer and/or I could email them and get a quick replyI loved it!!
