I was looking to refinance for lower interest and payment, saw a Quicken add and made contact with them In less than a month we closed, and my interest rate was reduced by 1.75% and monthly payment was reduced to a more manageable payment I was actually given more than one option for more or less closing cost but higher interest and monthly payment I chose the one that worked best for me The closing cost seemed a bit high to me, but with the type of loan and my income this loan was available to me There a business and provide this service quick and easy online they deserve to get paid, and cover the fees necessary Everyone was polite , courteous and upfront about the business at hand, A person came to the house to close the final documents I'm happy with the service and the results je
I started with Quicken Loans in August Very friendly upfront As the process went along they became very out of touch Passed along to several different reps, but not moving the loan along After month and charging me $500.00, I got a call saying loan was canceled Reason giving was not enough comps to determine value This was a cop out excuse I would not recommend them to anyone They will take your money and leave you high and dry
