We had a relativity positive experience with QuickenThe sales broker worked with us on finding the "sweet spot" between interest rates and origination pointsWe really liked that we could communicate with Quicken pretty much any time day or night and they would get back to us quicklyThe only negative things were the appraisal process, which I don't think Quicken has any control ofSometimes, Quicken, in their effort to be "quick", tended to be a little sloppy, but they were quick to correct their mistakesClosing was a breeze which was a testament to their closing department because we were moving about in three different locations at the time
