Quicken Loans was amazing from start to finish!! They made our refinance a smooth and hassle free experience! No question went unanswered and phone calls and emails were answered usually within hoursWe highly recommend them and have absolutely no regrets!
We were applying for a home as first-time homeowners, and Quicken Loans seemed to have a good offer and rates for usAfter getting pre-approved, we continued to follow through the mortgage process after finding a home and submitting our $"Good Faith" depositWhile our loan officer was very responsive, they told us there was no way they could go through the mortgage approval without a co-signer due to the amount of my student loans (which are not amortized)Lost $500, and instead went through a local mortgage company recommended by our realtorThey had absolutely NO ISSUES approving our mortgage, and told us they didn't know why Quicken Loans couldn'tWe felt very misled by QL and a bit scammed out of our money, since the other loan officer had no problem getting us approvedWe even closed in less than weeks at the lender we did go with after getting jerked around by QL for over two weeksI would not recommend this company

Quicken Loans was not only able to give us the lowest rate among competitors but they were extremely fast in their processes and everything was explained in detail to usTheir online portal makes sending paperwork back and forth super easy and the fact that they send a notary to your home to close is amazing! We literally did all this in our pajamasAll around it was a great experience with friendly and professional workers who got us from quote to closing within two and a half weeks! They lowered our interest rate by 1% and saved us $200/month! I'm glad we gave them a chance!

Everyone was very helpful while going through the process of buying my first home, that is until I got to the last stage and was transferred to the loan specialist She did not contact me once during this process until I finally talked with the person I had been dealing with prior to be transferred to her Trying to contact her was very frustrating for me The rest of my experience was friendly and helpful
I feel this company is a complete rip of! My parents are elderly and they gave them hope Having them to spend out hundreds of dollars People should beware of this sceamThey send out appraisers that devalues your home, then send you a list of repairs to do When your done they hit you with the rejection That is sad to do to elderly people on a fixed income!!!!

I refinanced with Quicken in July and found the process to require very little of me, due to the use of e-forms and e-signatures All members of the Quicken team I had contact with were prompt, polite and courteous At that time, I was told that Quicken would be on the lookout for a lower rate in the future and that if a lower rate was available, THEY would contact me Well, here it is months later and Quicken called me up and asked if I'd care to refinance again (FOR FREE) and get the lower rate I closed weeks ago and I can say that once again, I was very satisfied So much so that I bothered to write this review, which is not something I do very often Hats off to Quicken for their spotless performance refinancing my loan...twice!

We had a difficult time with closing because of problems with seller, but quicken loans worked very hard to resolve issues and we were able to close
