They actually put the wrong property on the loanWe went to sell that property but couldn't because the loan was on itWe had to hire an attorney to have it changed to the correct propertyThen they changed it and forged our signatures!! They refuse to do anything to reimburse us for all our problemsThey just don't careI would never consider getting another loan with Quicken
Like a boiler room That is the impression and feeling I am left with after being had by a Quicken loam repFrom the very start there was pressure to move the loan forward by completing e-documents that were not detailed Then pressure to complete the assessment by paying up front 1% of the loam amount He would seem so polite and encouraging, but never once did he say the money paid for assessment was non refundable if you decided not to go with Quicken I paid $on a Friday, and Monday morning my money was gone with no services rendered I changed my mind after seeing the numbers continue to change from what was agreed upon including closing costs As a veteran I feel I did not have a fighting chance against these people They demand a high degree of honesty documented by me, but they are practiced liars themselves
this was by far the easiest way to get a loan or refinance every step of the way was simply painless would recommend to anyone needing a loan/refinance

I called to sound out my plans and see if it aligns with how I invisaged it to work and if that was something they could help withThey said they could not discuss without a credit scoreThey then fraudulently did a hard pull and led me to believe it was a soft pull and would have no impact on my scoreIt went down by points!!! I am very dissapointed with the misleading and then how they have passed it off since then
Quicken loans was great Raul from Cleveland and Katrina from Detroit we very helpful and knowledgable They answered every question quickly and completely I will recommend them to everyone and more important I would use them again
