The mortgage application and loan process was excellentI like that I was able to do a lot through my phone using the MyQL app, although it would be nice to be able to upload documents to MyQL from my iPhone and not through a computerNow that my loan has closed, we shall see.how things goI already do not like that there is no way to contact Quicken through the MyQL app, I have to look up the number online (which of course isn't difficult, but certainly inconvenient)

Getting a loan was the easy partWe are professionals, have no debt, excellent credit scores, and money saved for a conventional loan We found a home, made an offer that was accepted in a multiple offer situation in a competitive marketQL ordered an appraisal that came in 20K below our offer This gave us a chance to renegotiate Without notifying any of the parties, QL ordered a second appraisal The deal was about blown My realtor found out, we initially assumed the seller had ordered the appraisal When I found out my lender had ordered it I was surprised and not happy I called QL and requested it be cancelled I was assured it would be and apologies were made A deal with the seller was signed based on the first appraisalThe next day, QL called me to say they were going ahead with another appraisal Why would a lender, knowing a borrower has the ability to negotiate a better price; and if not successful, has the liquidity to cover a higher price above the loan amount if he/she is able not be on their customer's side QL is no longer our lender Truly a horrible experience
