Overall my wife and I were extremely impressed from beginning to end how professional the representatives were with us, and how well tuned Quicken Loans, Inctheir processes were From the initial first to contact me via telephone, among the hudreds of representative throughout the US sitting and waiting for that initial hit on their web site, to the final check in by Nick Sykes and delivery of closing documents, all their effort were top notch The only hiccup was in the middle where it took over a week in their contact with my bank where my wife needed to intervene and assist in this process I have moved around a lot with my work and have bought/sold and worked with many mortgage companies, my worst experience was with WellsFargo, and Quicken Loans made it quite easy and enjoyable Thank you for this
